"Even after scheduling months ahead and calling the restaurant over a week ahead to confirm the room, time, number of guests etc, they were not prepared and were not expecting us. There was quite a scramble at the last minute for them to put a room together (thankfully one was open) and we had an excellent server that made the day special. Also, their wheelchair ramp was not working (I was told it was) and this was discussed during my call with their manager ahead of the visit because the guest of honor uses a walker."
