"My parents have raved about this food truck for a while, so I decided to give it a try during my visit to family this weekend. Although the location isn't the most attractive, the food was absolutely fantastic. We called ahead to place our order and I was delighted to discover that everything on the menu can be customized to be vegetarian and dairy-free! We picked up our dinner just 15 minutes after ordering, and I was truly impressed by the generous portion sizes. There was more than enough for each of us to enjoy two meals from our orders! The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, even with the phone ringing constantly and the long line of customers. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in the area!"
