"My wife and I had dinner at Parallax on Monday night and received a warm welcome from the staff. We were able to indulge in half-priced sushi, which was both fresh and tasty. My wife tried the walleye perch dinner and thought it was excellent. We will definitely return to Parallax the next time we visit Cleveland."

"We got here at 5 pm on Black Friday. We had a wonderful meal Tuna Carpaccio for an appetizer with a whole grain mustard sauce different bit it was great. Tuna was fresh and the sauce tangy and balanced. We both ordered hibachi filet mignon for me and chicken for my partner. Hibachi came with soup, salad, fried rice, and vegetables. I haven't had fried rice in a while, and this was the best fried rice I've ever had. Portion sizes were generous without being outrageous. Our server and Hibachi chef were awesome and attentive. Drinks were strong but not overpowering. Atmosphere a little stark but the service made up for it. Absolutely would recommend."

"I can't believe I’ve been living in San Francisco and just discovered this place! The interior is wonderfully quirky, with plants and artwork donated by customers covering every inch of the walls. The atmosphere is both uniquely inspiring and perfectly representative of San Francisco. As a vegetarian, I can’t speak to the quality of the fish, but my lunch was absolutely fantastic for vegetarian sushi in the city. Annie, who has owned the restaurant for 18 years, was a delight to chat with during my quiet afternoon visit. All the ingredients were fresh, and the portions were generous. It’s rare to find a sushi restaurant that serves miso soup without a fish base, which was a lovely surprise. I’ve definitely found my new go-to sushi spot in the city!"

"I had a flawless experience at this restaurant. There was no waiting for my reservation, the service and atmosphere were exceptional, and the food was outstanding. As a bonus, if it's your first time dining there or your birthday, you receive an extra special treat. While it may be a bit costly, the quality of the meal definitely justifies the price. "Tonight, we ordered their chirashi, which has been revised to just one size but is still priced at $35, the former price for the extra large deluxe. However, it had significantly less fish now, which feels like a joke, and they've eliminated the soup and salad that used to accompany it! Why is that? The sushi and sashimi are still delicious here, but these recent changes are frustrating. The extra soup we had to pay for barely filled the small takeout cup, and the cold tofu lacked its usual creamy flavor, tasting bland instead. We have so many wonderful memories associated with this restaurant. It’s disappointing to see such unkind treatment of loyal customers as they potentially say goodbye."
