"This was mine, my husband and children?s first time at a Dave and Buster?s. The food was great. Didn?t take long to come to the table. Our waitress did a great job and was very nice and down to earth. She kept our drinks full and checked on us enough that we didn?t feel neglected at all. I would have gave five stars, however, I ordered a Tito?s original **** Mary and I told my waitress I wanted it very mild. I know she didn?t make it so it wasn?t her fault but it was so spicy and didn?t have a great flavor. I took 3 sips and just could not keep sipping on it because it was so ?. As a veteran Bartender, I was disappointed because that is an easy beverage to make. Also, the kids had played a few games that didn?t register the tickets that the particular games said they had won. Our 12 year old played one and I watched him win 1000 tickets but when we printed our play card?s receipt it said ?no play? as did about 4-5 other games as well. We were missing over 1000 tickets won and we spent over $200 on play and food. My husband told the girl working the prize area what happened and got another worker to help. He gave us 4 free spins on the game that didn?t Register the 1000 tickets which I didn?t think sufficed what was won. Hopefully it was just a glitch in the system and won?t happen to us the next time we come to play. Other than those things, we all had a great time. And PS to the owner/manager, please get the photo booth fixed. We love those and was so sad to see it wasn?t working. ?"

"When we got there for dinner we were told our server wasn 't in yet it would 15 mins, no big deal. Server finally gets in orders are placed, my husband already had a beer and asked for another, he had an aluminum bottle, she brings out draft?? We hardly saw her between this. We had to grab someone else to ask to pay. Our table had two coupons, she asked for number linked to the coupon, coupon wasn 't there. Then, she asked for the play card, wasn 't linked to that. They took my phone, I had the barcode screen shot on my phone and I was asked for the email and asked when it was sent because if it was today i couldnt use it?? Why? The coupons dont have a start date only expiration. I asked multiple times why they couldn 't scan the barcode that was on the emails. I didnt care how it got done but I wanted my valid coupons to be used. We wasted 20 mins trying to pay while my son went and played games. The manager finally tool off coupons and then it was another 5/10min to pay the bill. Then the discounts weren 't even applied correctly. Food was good, service sucked. Don 't send emails with barcodes of you can 't Scan them. This was for my son 's 3rd bday and this was mor stressful than hosting a party with multiple people. We didnt even use one of the gift cards we had because we werent going to wait 20 mins for that to be used. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4"

"Every American has heard of Dave and Busters if you've ever looked into an arcade. The closest one to me is in New Orleans so even though it's only 35 min away for me I have stayed away till today. Parking here's a little maddening as can be expected anywhere in New Orleans area. Expect to pay 10$ to park. The arcade is on the 6th floor but the elevators only go up to it on the 5th floor or at least the ones I parked by didn't go up to 6th. Large arcade with several party rooms. I think the D&B experience is less about the arcade and more about the added in dining and sports bar area. The drinks here are okay....the service is Mid though. I was told we could order drinks and hit the arcade it's probably not the preference. I only had some drinks here with my guest so I only came to play not per SE eat. As legendary as an arcade ppl talk about. It's only about a medium sized arcade. I've reviewed larger arcades such as Big play in Biloxi. Some of the machines have broken buttons or are in need of service. One of the buttons on the sonic and Mario Olympic games was broken. The clown toss game also was buggy. There's paid for VR though on my visit which u had to cut a little short I did not find it even though I paid 6$ upgrade for one VR access. Yes u do have to pay for it. I also reserved a table which was highly unnecessary as the dining area was empty. I will say the major winning point here is the arcade is clean. The app is the real winner tho. You can add your own card to your phone and use NFC to pay and not have to talk to Tennant's which for the most part seem a little disinterested in attendees. Ex there was no one manning the prize booth. To pay for my drinks someone else had to try to find my waitress which took about 8 min. Overall it's an okay experience. I think the hype is more of the let down than the experience not being great. I still think I prefer Big play in Biloxi (which has go karts , bowling, laser tag , VR and still a dining exp) as the best arcade in LA-AL coastline. Tho there's 2 more I have to go to make that official"
