"I had just left a nearby restaurant and was drawn to their open door and lights. I used their ordering machine to place a drink order. An employee briefly glanced at me before heading to the kitchen. After placing my order, the machine processed my payment. Moments later, the same employee informed me that they weren’t open yet. I questioned why they would take orders if they weren’t open, but it was evident that they had hired someone who struggled with English. I used Google Translate to ask the employee to call the owner for clarification.
Unfortunately, the situation worsened when the owner responded. Instead of providing assistance, they unjustly blamed me and even questioned my decision to place an order. It was absurd! They had their door open, a functioning order machine, and still charged customers, yet I was the one being blamed for using those services. The owner told me I needed to wait an additional 30 minutes to cancel my order because they were not familiar with their own system.
I used to visit this restaurant occasionally, but I won’t be returning. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is truly disappointing."
