"This place is usually good but it’s rowdy with a lot of kids most of the time. My most recent experience was not too good. I made my order with one of the screens for honeydew snows to have 30% sugar because i have ordered with a cashier on many occasions with the snow having less sugar because my mom is diabetic and i naturally believe i could do it again. So when i received my order the girl called my name and just dropped the drinks off on the counter then RAN AWAY. Like i understand your busy but that’s not good customer service in making sure the customer has their order correctly. So i had to call her back ask which one has less sugar and she literally told me that THEY CANT DO THAT i told her i have ordered this same drink this way many of times before and they gave it to me even told me which one had less sugar and she told me “if they told you they put less sugar they probably LIED” then ran away again so i had to call her back and ask for a receipt then she gave it to me and ran away. So i was left to juggle the 3 drinks that i bought because they couldn’t even hand me a drink holder they just all ignored me while i stuggled to hold all of the drinks and carry them to my car. Also they say they close at 10 but don’t order any food after 9 because they don’t tell you that they stop making the snack food earlier than closing so they had to give me a refund for my mochi waffle i ordered. This place really lacks better management there’s just 3 kids behind the counter making everyone’s drinks."

"Longtime customer, first time ordering chicken rice bowl that was not good/ spicy. My daughter sent it back to kitchen (as she did not like) and requested refund/ exchange. Came back to table and was charged for replacement. I spoke to employee and acting manager that both stated that they have a (unwritten) policy where no exchanges/ refunds are allowed. Acting manager further explained that other restaurants share such policy and it does not have to be written. I explained that it wasn’t about the $8, but more about keeping customer happy. He was not concerned with customer satisfaction even after I shared that I would not be returning."

"UPDATE: no longer offering dairy free options (but still delicious if you are ok with dairy)Original review- Delicious! I was looking for fun place to treat my kids with dietary restrictions. The snowy rolls are dairy free and so good. This would be a perfect spot for summer, but we enjoyed our first visit in the winter. Additionally the gentleman who served us was so sweet.Here’s a bit of help if you are ordering the snowy rolls. First you select a base flavor. We ordered for four of us- mango, strawberry, taro and coconut. Then you order a mix in. I had mango and my kids had Oreo. Finally you order toppings. I had mochi and my kids had lychee and one had gummy bears. I believe all of the mix ins and toppings are additional charges but the basic roll is not expensive so it makes sense. For a regular (which is plenty) it was $4.99 plus 0.75 per mixer and add on.We had an awesome visit and we will definitely be back!"
