"I waited in line for about 20 minutes behind a family of five, with only one of the four employees actually working. One of the others was busy playing a game on his tablet right behind the counter. I initially ordered two dipped waffle cones with chocolate ice cream and a vanilla milkshake, but they were out of both dipped waffle cones and vanilla ice cream. I adjusted my order to one regular waffle cone with chocolate, a kids' special shark cup, and a rocky road shake. I was then informed that they were also out of the shark cups, so I opted for the turtle cup instead. Unfortunately, the rocky road was incorrectly labeled and turned out to be a flavor I didn’t want, forcing me to settle for a chocolate shake that didn’t taste good since they had used up all the regular chocolate. The turtle cup, which was supposed to come with a special turtle shell cookie and themed sprinkles, arrived in a standard cup with ordinary sprinkles. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning to this location. It seems terribly mismanaged, and it’s clear that corporate needs to intervene. Additionally, they only had 22 flavors available instead of the 31 they’re supposed to offer. With a Dairy Queen across the street and an ice cream shop downtown that's closer to my home, I won't be coming back here."
