"I was pleased with my experience at Andersens, so we decided to go back a second time, and it was just as enjoyable. The consistency impressed me. The staff was very attentive and friendly, greeting us promptly to take our orders. The food came out quickly, which I had heard from others in reviews, but I wonder if they experienced that during the restaurant's initial opening phase when they were likely overwhelmed. We visited after the initial rush had subsided, so our meals arrived in a timely manner. Everything was served hot, except for a part of our macaroni and cheese. They swiftly took it back and replaced it without any hassle. What more could I ask for? Mistakes happen, but they handled it perfectly. The chicken order was delicious—really very good. The ribs were excellent as well. For a barbecue place, it definitely exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to returning!"

"If you're in the area and love sushi and salmon, you absolutely have to check out this place! My husband and I usually order the butterfly roll, which is a must-try, along with the California roll. This time, though, we wanted to mix things up a bit, so I asked the woman taking my order for a recommendation, and she suggested the Nagoya sandwiches. They were incredible! They come with rice, avocado, salmon, smoked salmon, and I'm not quite sure what else, but it was all absolutely delicious!"

"the aroma cafe encino was clean and friendly, but eating was nothing to write home. the eating in the terrace could be tolerable during the warm summer months, but in the colder days of winter the terrace was uncomfortable and that is where we visited withte dezember. after a past we moved into the table, but even there it was not warm enough. my hamburger was not describing and was served with a dish full of fries that arrived warm. others in my party, maybe have something better, but no one has snatched over eating. service was fast and friendly. the prices were slightly higher than what the restaurant deserved. I will not come back."

"My family took me here for my birthday. We love the California Roll, Eel Roll and Spicy Tuna Rolls. The sushi is always fresh and delicious. However, the taste/ flavoring of the hot food seems to vary from time to time (depending on who the Chef is). My family enjoyed their Pad Thai on this occasion, it was wet with sauce and noodle texture was slightly Al Dente. Few month earlier when I ordered Pad Thai, it was drier (almost no sauce but still had lots of flavor and noodle was very soft (the way I like it). If you plan to order Pad Thai, I suggest describing how you like it (wet, dry, soft, etc) to avoid any disappointments. Also, they no longer offer soup or salad with evening entrees as they had in the past. In short, Go with Sushi."

"I placed an online order and went to pick it up. There are two side to the small counter, both well marked with multiple signs reading “order” and the one end and “pick up” at the other. The pickup side has multiple signs and also the signs for Grubhub and online order stuff. I showed up a little early then the latest pickup time and was waiting in the pick up area. The counter is small so I know the girl saw me, but it seemed like she was actively avoiding looking at me. I waited about ten minutes assuming she must know there’s nothing ready or something, and maybe that’s why she didn’t ask me my name for the order. But after I realized there was an order on the back counter I finally went to the order line to ask if it was mine since she didn’t seem to care to ask me. As I walked up she asked me “are you ready to order?”, I was so confused because I had clearly been waiting to pick something up. I stumbled for a second and was like “uh no I’m picking up an order, as I pointed to where I was standing waiting at the pick-up area. So if she DID think that whole ten minutes I was thinking of what I wanted, why the heck would you not go up to the customer and ASK. Ask if they need help, or ask if they are ready, or I don’t know maybe ask if they are ordering or waiting to pick up. And yes the bag that was behind her the whole time was mine. P. S. The place was not busy and not one person came in while we just stood there, we were the only people the counter. There was a guy picking something up when we first got there and we stood behind him, she gave him his food and walked back to the other side of the counter where the waiting began."

"Overpriced and overrated. All the salads have the same amount of protein and toppings; the only thing they increase is the amount of lettuce, which makes their large salads feel like a lot of filler for the price. The management is rude and even demands tips when you reach out to them regarding their business issues. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Instead, go to CHOPT for fresher ingredients, larger salads, and excellent customer service. By the way, the owners of Stamford Salads also own Capriccios, another overpriced and disappointing restaurant in downtown Stamford."

"Nagoya is one of the remaining truly iconic Sushi/Asian fusion Brooklyn's restaurants. It's been around for many years and still going strong. They offer not only vast variety of delicious freshly made nigiri maki sushi, sashimi, but also spectacular salads, scrumptious appetizers and lots of dishes ranging from traditional Japanese cuisine to Thai. On a weekday they offer amazing Lunch Specials from both sushi hot dishes sections of the menu, which is very convenient, affordable and includes choice of either a Miso soup or vegetable salad plus either 2, 3 rolls or a hot dish. They also have few exclusive items like my favorite Nagoya sandwich-amazing combination of smoked salmon (lox), spicy salmon, kani, avocado, crunchy, tobiko (flying fish caviar) and Nagoya Pizza both of which are spectacular and I would definitely recommend to try it, especially the Sandwich. Service is always great, staff is very welcoming, courteous and friendly. Interior is typical for a medium sized Japanese restaurant, with a nice ambiance and chill vibe, very clean and pleasant. Definitely recommend this place even if you're not a big fan of sushi, it's guaranteed that you'll find something else to enjoy! Also don't forget to order a cocktail and dessert, I personally love their Creme Brûlée and Mango or Chocolate gelato flutes-unbelievably yummy! 10 out of 10 Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian sushi rolls or vegetarian hot dishes"

"Loved the atmosphere, the staff and especially the food!!! I had the scallops and holy wah the sauce in which they were fabulous. Also for the Conch Chowder best Chowder I've ever had. Just suggest, maybe fit the stable doors in the ladies' room, so they don't hang so far open when not used. Hard to manoeuvre them around. Other than that, this restaurant is top notch. The app they use to “forget” worked really well. When I came from half an hour with small children, I really knew when our table was ready. Can't wait to bring friends and family here!"

"I?ve ordered for pickup multiple times and this is my first time dining in! I came here with my parents on a Sunday early evening with only 2 other tables filled but as we were leaving this place was packed with dine ins and phone orders/pick up. We ordered a ?light? dinner of avocado salad, spring rolls, agedashi tofu for apps and two teriyaki bento box. We definitely over ordered because I was almost full from the apps alone, oops. Avocado salad was delish, camewith thinly sliced avo and ginger dressing on the side. Spring rolls (Harumaki was a bit disappointing in terms of side it was $5 for essentially two spring rolls. The salmon teriyaki Bento box was very filling and delish. Love thatyou can sub the shumai for tempura (only for $1 additional! and that came with two shrimp tempura and 3 veggie pieces. Worth the upgrade if you?re not a fan of shumai. Even though we only ordered 2 bento boxes to share (parents weren?t toohungry , they gave us miso soup for all of us! Service was great for the number of staff available and all the things each person had to do to hold down the fort. They were all super friendly and we got two slices of cantaloupe to end themeal!"

"We went strictly for sushi this time and it was quite good. Not the best I have ever had, but everything was very fresh and very tasty. Service was quick. My only concern is we went on a Friday night from 7:30 to 9:30 pm and the place was an absolute ghost town. O know on Valentine's day it is next to impossible to get a seat. Will they survive to the next Valentine's day in six months?"

"I typically take my bad review to the manger and not publicly- but there was no manager that bothered to come to our table to apologize for the PLASTIC WRAP in my sushi roll. The waitress literally told me it 's just the plastic they use to roll the sushi. It 's safe to eat. She literally told me it is safe to eat plastic wrap. I had another peice in my next bite and had to tell her to take it away and off our bill. I placed the remaining roll on my plate and she took it. Never brought me another plate. The rest of the sushi was pretty terrible. Very little flavor. I prefer King Soopers sushi over the sushi here."

"This is a pretty decent sized place with a neat ambience and indoor and outdoor seating. I recommend outdoor seating because the indoor was just packed and had a deafening level of noise. They have two very large menus one for food one for beers and other beverages. There are some vegan options but not a ton. Vegetarians have more options. Mostly meat eating oriented. The people behind the bar were friendly and helpful when taking our order. You see yourself and you get a number and they bring you your food. Ours came in a reasonable amount of time and it seemed pretty fresh. Typical bar fair like tater tots french fries burgers. Some really good beers to choose from of many different types. The actual folks wandering around clearing the tables and bringing things seemed pretty few and far between and very overwhelmed. I don't know if perhaps they were short-staffed that night or if something else was going on or if it was a chronic issue. There's plenty of parking in a well parking lot. The place is also right next to the gold line so you could take public transport if you'd like. Free water is available in a container you serve yourself. I would go back but it's not something that's high on my must go again list"

"Pretty good, but inconsistent. My food was awesome--rice and shrimp cooked perfectly seasoned well. But my daughter's was not seasoned well, had no cheese when the dish was supposed to come with cheese, looked a tad dry and overcooked and her Sierra Mist tasted awful and had to be sent back for something else. Wait staff was friendly and personable; service was great. Overall, we still enjoyed it and would visit again. I appreciated that their salsa had plenty of cilantro in it and was not super spicy like many places are now."
