"1. I am vegan, so I don’t eat here myself. However, I occasionally bring food to the homeless, and they really enjoy pizza. Several people I serve have complained that the sampler plate is never fully cooked, and the pizza dough is also undercooked.
2. The owner deserves a ten-star rating. He is not only friendly but truly cares about his business and works hard to satisfy his customers to ensure they come back. He’s a great guy!
3. There is an older male employee who seems to think he knows everything about the food, as if he personally tastes everything. After I ordered a mango habanero pizza the night before and pointed out that the dough wasn't fully cooked, he called me a liar and accused me of always complaining about undercooked food. Just two weeks prior, I had similarly raised concerns about the sampler not being properly cooked, and I ended up taking home the full meal both times.
When I confronted him about his attitude, he interrupted me and told me to either come for a refund or call back if I wanted a new pizza, all while speaking in a rather intimidating tone. It honestly made me feel uneasy about what he might do with my food, so I decided to wait to go back at a later time. I wanted to show them the evidence of the undercooked pizza, but in the end, I didn’t want to feed anyone this food. I don't think I'll be trying this place again due to their incompetence."
