"The unsanitary practice I witnessed at Green Fusion is appalling. I realize everyone is short on staff, however with covid and germs in general, staying safe and good sanitary practice is important. Last evening I watched and saw a waitress take french fries and eat them from the plate of a guests she was serving the plate to. Another male worker held the plates in front of her, for her to take to the guest. She served the meal to the table and left. This particular guest was obviously conscience of germs or covid and made a point of coming into the restaurant wearing a mask. She asked if she could set out side with one other guest. I don't think she would be happy to know the waitress ate from her plate before serving it to her. I later called back the restaurant spoke with the manager and informed him I was going to share this information due to my health concern for both myself and that of my neighbors. He simply said he's sorry. He's sorry not that he was going to speak to the waitress and at least inform her not to do this again. Unless he was the gentleman holding the plates as she ate from! Maybe this is their normal practice. Another waitress called me back and stated that customer was her sister, otherwise she would never have done that. Of course that's not to be believed, she never spoke or indicated in anyway that she knew the woman nor did the woman indicate in any way that she knew the waitress. I found this all disturbing and felt I should share it. Needless to say, I would never go back. I had fries with my order, it makes me sick to think about what I may not have seen."

"I had a negative experience my last two visits and it's honestly disappointing. I have created the app as a loyal customer and both of my last visits “the app” a problem. The sheer number of times I had to explain what happened and solve the problem is annoying. I would support this business weekly, but according to my recent experience today. I'm not going to delete anyone. A friend of mine won a waiver from this company, by an ambassador of her “crush juice” the winner, the bowls free of gift have instructions to me about what I had to do. Whatever it wasn't loaded, I went in and asked the girl at the front today at 9:40 there were 3 girls working. I asked my question why or what I have to do to load it, and she was more concerned about who is giving it away. Ask me 2-3 times. I said I don't know. My friend has won and her name is Xyz, then she asked me 3 more questions that need to repeat me again, before customers, several don't understand what I ask clearly. Not one person jumped in to support her, not one person could solve the answer, only she asked more and more questions. As a company, your team should know what promotions take, because if I used the name of the ambassadors, it was like I write them. You're the business and you don't know what's on your social media? To be honest, it is not the apps problem, it is a customer service problem. There are other juices and smoothies places to work on my way and the lack of ability to solve problems is a training problem. Save time and headaches by making a pickup job somewhere else."

"I waited almost 30 minutes for two bowls. Four customers came after me and left with their orders, and several pick-up orders were packed while I waited in the store while I was sitting in front of the counter. I really try not to leave any bad reviews as I try to solve problems in the house, but I was exhausted this morning, so unfortunately I resorted to it. 10ish min in I noticed that a few people have come and have gone. I think mine's coming. 15ish min in no activity. A guy works on app orders. A girl refilled the items in the front refrigerator. And I realize that the guy who took my order is on his phone. 20ish min in I asked about my bowls, they were looking for my order, said nothing and began working on my bowls. They didn't even give reason why they didn't. 27ish min in I left the store. It took them all, but 6 7 min to make my bowls. There was no one in the store at this point. The girl gave a fast, dry “Sorry for waiting”, put my bag on the counter and went on the back (Didn not even wait until I get it from her), and the other staff did not have one thing as I went. No explanation yet why my bowls took a long time. To round off everything, one of my Acai bullets was overcrowded and dripping over the bag, and almost on my car seat when I took it out to check it. I wish I took more photos, but as I said, I'm exhausted and upset. If I couldn't give stars to this place, I would."
