"Beware of the time you go… I accidentally came when the middle or high school was out early, and there was at least two dozen orders ahead of mine and it took FOREVER. And then, since there were so many kids in there at one time, I didn’t hear my drink called when it was ready, so it sat on the counter for a while before I noticed it. By the time that I got it, it was melted. The fact that they are walking distance from the schools definitely is a negative in my book. Plus, it was much more expensive than other bubble tea places in the area."

"My brown sugar black milk tea was served very quickly, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of the experience. The drink looked and tasted like it was 99% milk and only 1% tea. I don't know if they used those exact proportions or if the tea was steeped for only a fraction of a second, but it was overwhelmingly milky. When I tried to explain this to the employee or manager, he insisted that it was made correctly. As a connoisseur and former ABG, I can confidently say that it was undrinkable. I’m going to have to go home and add an espresso shot just to make it bearable, as it felt more like a cup of warm milk than anything else. I felt like I was getting boba from a chain restaurant like Noodles & Company."

"It was absolutely delicious! We decided to give it a try because there was a long line out the door, and we were curious about the hype. I had never encountered hot bubble tea before, but since it was freezing outside, I asked the staff for a recommendation. She suggested the honey milk tea at 80% sweetness, and it was phenomenal!"

"Arrived before they opened and by the time they did there were at least 2 or 3 groups of people and only 1 person on register and making drinks (god forbid anyone ordered food that had to be prepared). Was waiting for another person so sat inside to wait and by the time the person arrived it took about 20 minutes before we got through the long line and actually had our drinks in hand (only then did a second employee arrive). The decent drinks were vastly overshadowed by the lack of staff, especially at 11am."

"I loved this place as it’s quite affordable not to mention delicious. I ordered the power lychee tea, matcha latte, and taro milk tea with coconut jelly. I loved all three of them. The only downside in my eyes is that there is no parking and it’s located right next to the street but with a little planning I’m sure boba lovers would love this little place. As other reviewers have mentioned, their drinks tend to be on the sweeter side but I personally enjoy that and I was satisfied by the sweetness."

"Poke Lulu is a fast food counter located in Market Hall in the Tampa Premium Outlets in Wesley Chapel, Florida. There were not a lot of toppings that were offered. Portion sizes were small, especially for proteins. This restaurant is not a good value for the money. The counter was clean in the back but messy up front where the customers get their order forms. There are only two old and dirty pens to use to write your order. They do have an order form that you fill out for what you want in your bowl. The ambiance is loud Christmas Music ? on November 6th BEFORE THANKSGIVING! It's cafeteria style seating. There is a large fountain in the middle, which is nice. Overall, it was okay but not great.Parking: Mall parking"

"This restaurant tends to get busier than I'd like. It's a small venue, which often leads to a line out the door, leaving little room for those waiting to order drinks or for those in line. However, the drinks are fantastic, and you have the option to customize their sweetness to your preference. Once you place your order, it usually doesn't take long to receive your drink, and the staff is friendly."

"After about ten more minutes, the young lady handed me a mango smoothie with bubbles instead of the mango bubble tea I ordered. I politely explained that I couldn’t have milk in my drink and that I had specifically ordered the bubble tea. She responded by saying I hadn’t specified that I wanted a different type of tea, claiming that the regular option was a milk smoothie, even though she hadn’t taken my order. I tried to clarify, but she became defensive, rolled her eyes, and begrudgingly threw my smoothie in the trash. As she made my new drink, she muttered under her breath and rudely tossed the corrected order on the counter far from me. Other customers were watching, clearly confused by the situation, and I found the whole experience quite inappropriate. The customer service was terrible, and I definitely won’t be returning."
