"Food was just ok and service was utterly disappointing. We were seated well before the dinner rush in an almost empty dining room and ignored for almost ten minutes. The bartender handled our table instead of one of the servers doing so and seemed perturbed with us. Drinks then came out pretty quickly but food was too slow for just a sandwich and pulled pork. No follow up visit or drink refills offered at our table. Won't be going back."

"Two of our three meals arrived, but we had to ask for utensils and napkins because they weren’t provided. The third plate took an additional five minutes to arrive, and we still didn't have utensils. Our server never checked on us or refilled our drinks, and I had to flag him down to get the check and a takeout box. For context, there were only three other tables with two people each, along with ours. Overall, dinner took over an hour and a half. On a positive note, the atmosphere was pleasant—well-lit, modern, tastefully decorated, and clean. It’s an upscale establishment with higher prices, but they serve huge portions, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired."

"Staff was friendly a bit frustrating that the girl taking orders at the ro go counter did not seem to be fluent in English. I understand and respect others , but never having been here and having questions about the menu it was frustrating that she keptsaying huh, was confused or unable to answer simple questions. Questions such as can you sub sides , what are popular menu items, does the jerk chicken come with sauce or is the seasoning jerk. I even came back in to purchase extra sauce and she was unableto assist . I didn't know which sauce I had but knew the color. She kept trying to give me green or white sauce despite mesaying rhe sauce was more of a burned red/orange. Other than that food was done prompt. I'm not a fan of fries but they hadreally good fries. The food was ok. The chicken wrap and chicken sandwich were a bit dry and didnt taste like any seasoning wason them, but my husband enjoyed the jerk chicken although he stated he didn't taste anything jerk on it. The mango sauce istasty. It's a bit pricey but for portion sizes it's reasonable."

"We had the best food and service ever at this restaurant. There were 12 of us in our party and we had discussed and pre-ordered our menu selections in advance. The chef was accommodating and offered choices not listed on the menu. The lamb chops and pasta dishes were exceptional. The appetizer salads and special dessert were perfect. The wine selection was good and reasonably priced. We were delighted to celebrate a big birthday with friends here. The atmosphere was very special and cozy. There is plenty of street parking available. Overall, it was a dine-in dinner experience with a price range of $50-100 per person."

"I had the breaded pork chops with black beans, he had the picadillo with rice and black beans and a lovely salad we shared. Great flavors and loved that the pork was moist and delicious even though the plate presentation didn’t suggest that would betrue. I was delightfully surprised. We taste the flan and decided to bring it home to savor it. Yep that good. If ya loveLatin food like we do it excellent for the price, and I have spent a ton of time in Puerto Rico. Really impressed with thisplace, the outside of the building is “meh” at best, but the inside is lovely! Ya, I was surprised. Quality Latin foodif you love that like I do. I saw the last review about scamming tourists and I was like huh? Really, like anyone can get awaywith that with published menu prices? If you have any food allergies, be sure to inquire about the preparation methods. I asked our server, and they informed me that the oil used for frying shellfish is also used for other dishes. My dining partner really enjoyed the fresh plantains, which made me a bit envious, but I'm thankful I avoided any potential hospital visits. When you're finished, you pay at the hostess stand, which could have saved us some unnecessary wait time for the check. Overall, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was inviting."

"I visited on a Sunday evening and decided to sit on the patio, as the weather was lovely. The space was very spacious and, being a corner location, it was quite peaceful. The owner recommended the Old Fashioned cocktail, and it was excellent. He also prepared a Paan Blueberry hookah, which was a delightful twist compared to the usual Paan flavor. I later switched to Angel's Envy bourbon, which was outstanding. We ordered samosas, chicken wings, flatbread, and spring rolls, and everything was delicious. I highly recommend trying this place— the owners will make sure you leave satisfied."
