"In an attempt to resolve the situation, he even took money from the cash drawer to offer me a refund, which I didn’t want; I was simply trying to understand why my hot tea was taking so long to prepare. As I turned to leave, hoping he would stop shouting, he continued to yell, drawing the attention of everyone in the room. When I asked for a manager, he asserted that he was the manager and told me I should never return.
This incident was truly unsettling. I've never had issues with any other staff members, but his behavior was excessive and unprofessional. I attempted to calm him down, but he expressed his frustration by claiming that I only complain, despite the fact that both times I visited, it took about 15 minutes to receive my hot tea, which was lukewarm when it finally arrived—evidently, it had been sitting for a while.
