"Delicious tea and fresh boba! If you are craving some tea based drinks and are a fan of chewy boba, this is the place for you. Never tried a fruit tea like me? Try their signature fruit tea. It will change you for the better! The tea shop is tucked in the mall next to Lucky and while it may look busy, you'll likely come to appreciate how many good establishments are located in such a small pocket in north Fremont. Parking can be rough near the shops so I usually park near Lucky and walk over. When you enter, you are greeted with illuminated logos along the wall and a couple kiosks where you order your drinks. Menu is easy to navigate through and allows for customizations like add ins, sweetness level, etc. Get the signature fruit tea you won't regret it. Their black tea based drinks are good too. The wait wasn't too bad and the staff are very friendly. They had suggestions on sweetness level (specifically for the fruit tea, since the fruit itself in the tea is sweet, it was suggested to go on the lower scale of sweetness like 30% . Great recommendation and they really made it comfortable to order with confidence (they offered to remake it if it wasn't to my liking . Given this location is so close to the freeway and conveniently located near great restaurants and a supermarket, I'm sure I'll be back here often. Maybe a bit too often!"

"To be honest, P Tea is delicious. I often drink P Tea, and I go there again and again just because it is delicious. There is not only one milk tea shop nearby. But what I encountered today, I probably will never go there again. It was the first time I was so angry at P Tea because of the perfunctory attitude of the clerk to me and the way to solve the problem. Today I ordered a cup of pure oolong tea. When the clerk brought it to me, the whole cup looked so white that I thought it was a cup of milk tea. When I checked with the clerk, he told me that the bubbles would disappear after a while. I waited for a while on the tea. There is still a thick layer of air bubbles, I thought it was milk cap. I went back and asked if it was pure tea, without milk cap. The clerk replied to me that it was a bubble, and it would disappear after a while. I went to another store to buy food, and it took about 20 minutes. I didn't take a sip during this time, because I bought it to go with the food. But after 20 minutes there was still that much bubble. I was a little bit unhappy, so I went back to the store again, and I said that there was still so much soaking, could I have another cup. The clerk said that it can't be changed, and there are so many bubbles, and the bubbles can't be removed. We all add water, and we can't add tea. She then took my tea away, scooped out the bubbles and added lots of ice. It really made me feel perfunctory. There was already a lot of ice and bubbles, but now I added more ice, and my straw couldn't be inserted because there were too many ice cubes. I didn't care about the amount of ice at the beginning, I just cared about the amount of bubbles, because I ordered normal ice. Now just give me a full glass full of ice and I'm very upset and angry. Almost every time I go, I order pure oolong tea. I don’t know if it’s normal or abnormal to brew so much. They just perfunctory customers when they encounter problems without solving them, which is not worth my consumption at all."
