"The horchata was amazing! I ordered the carne asada plate, and it was simply delicious! The rice with the steak was fantastic—I wanted more! The flavor was truly impressive. I recommend this place for finger food ONLY and breakfast even though sometimes they will sell you burnt home fries with your breakfast and have no problem believing people will actually eat burnt food . "The Shore Haven Diner has become our go to Diner. Weve had mnay items on their menu, which is multi-cultural in its offerings So depending on your craving and appetite of the moment they can fulfill it with fresh, carefully prepared delicious food, And they do it consistently. Many places today are hit or miss, not the Shore Haven. Today I had the blueberry pancakes with eggs and bacon, a perfect brunch, and ordered a tuna sald andwich for later, I love their tuna salad. What I order frequently is their "Create Your Own Smoothie". Ive tried various combinations but now Im hooked on their combination of pineapple and mango, with vanilla protein. To me it tastes like a refreshing Creamsicle. This is a diner that wants to please its customers and they do!"

"Jamao’s was the closest breakfast place to the hotel that opened early. There are tables to sit and eat at. I ordered food to take back to the hotel. The staff was polite and attentive. I never felt like I was being ignored. I would come here again for breakfast. Note for the people who look for this: I couldn’t tell if the people behind the counter wore hair nets or not. They all wore baseball caps."

"Wow! The food was fantastic! I recommend the pork ribs. Meat was fall off the bones delicious. I don't know how long they cook it but portions of the ribs were starting to dry giving it a crispy-like skin that had all the flavor concentrated-the best part! I also got the Spanish rice with beans, both were cooked right and not too dry like some other places. I also added on the empanada (beef I think) and it had a flaky sweet dough but not so crispy so that it wouldn't discintigrate in your hand after that first bite. The food was blazing hot and steaming. I also tried the hot sauce in the red bottle and that was good, not too hot, and had a bit of a citrus tangyness to it. My only complaint might be that the building didn't seem to have any ventilation and it was quite steamy inside as all windows and glass we're fogged up. When I return to Rome I will definitely return."
