"We came for my boyfrienda birthday. It was extremely disapppointing. The food was awful and over priced. There was also limited selection. The caesar salad was terrible and full of the ier yellow lettuce that made it bitter. I hadnt been to the restaurant for years and it has significantly gone down hill. I was speaking to an acquaintance and he had the same opinion.Service was ok but slow. Actually the busboy forget to give one of us water and when we asked for it, he argued with us and said he did give it.Truly was a waste of moey but more importantly ruined the birthday celebration."

"I met up with a friend for dinner at Zoli's around 6:30 pm on a Friday night. The restaurant was bustling with mostly older patrons at the time. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes for a table, but the service was friendly. We each enjoyed a drink and shared a salad, pizza, and dessert. We ended up staying until closing time because we were having a great time catching up. The staff didn't rush us out, which was a nice touch. Although the pizza was a bit burnt on top and not cut very well, and the butter cake was a little overcooked, I would still recommend Zoli's and would definitely return. I give it 4 stars."

"The UPSIDE...there are truly no words that can explain how GREAT this place is from the staff to the food to the location. I meet with Micheal a manager prior to my birthday gathering because I wanted to see the location and table arrangements, He had worked a 16 hour shift the day before an meet with me early Sunday morning and was so helpful and polite. The day of my event this past Saturday Jon was the manger on duty despite a large crowd he made our group feel like the only people in Upside. Our servers were fantastic and the drinks were amazing along with the food. If you need a place to rest your head reserve a room at The Canopy which the Upside is located on the 8th floor. The rooms are amazing at the staff is phenomenal as well."

"Great sandwiches; huge menu!. The menu for this place spans the entire wall. There were so many choice that it was mind-boggling. I ended up picking the veggie burger, but there were tons of options (and a decent number of vegetarian ones to boot). My sandwich was big, and the burger was loosely-packed, more of a loaf than a grilled burger, but it tasted fantastic. <br/ <br/ There were so many choices, I'll have to come back and give more a try before I feel like I have a true impression of the place."

"A co-worker and I ordered through Grub Hub. The delivery was great and on time. The food, however, is another story. I ordered the Great Bambino and while it tasted good, there's nothing great about it. For an $11 sandwich, there should have been twice the amount of meat on there. We also ordered a side of sweet potato fries. Once again the portioning was pathetic for the price they charge (over $5). I know I will not be spending my hard-earned money at this establishment again."
