"I’m not sure why they leave a lady in charge of answering the phone for pick up orders when she doesn’t speak any English. This is the second time I’ve placed a pick up order with her and she forgets to make the order. I order pick up on my way to work, so I don’t have time to wait around for her to start making my order once I get there because she forgot. The first time this happened 2 weeks ago, I waited for the food and come to realize she messed up the whole order. This second time around she forgot to make the food, I didn’t have time to deal with this again so I left. Unfortunately will not be ordering from the Deli Zone again."
