"I have never posted a negative review, but felt the need given antagonistic and disrespectful comments made by the owner of this restaurant. Update per the owners reply: What the owner has failed to recognize is that two people came in to grab a pick up order, both recall being told to grab the only bag on a table, and then both customers stood right by that empty table for an additional 3+ minutes waiting to receive plastic utensils and napkins from staff members. There was no additional bag we missed. Whether the missing item was noticed immediately, versus an hour after the order was picked up, the error this establishment made is the same. If accountability is not taken by management given said delay, that is out of my control. What I did not appreciate is the insulting manner the owner chose to dismiss a paying customer.
