"I visited this restaurant with my family and ordered two simple meals along with a kids' meal. The manager came over to confirm whether we wanted large or small portions, repeated everything back to us, and yet the order still came out wrong. When I asked if it could be fixed, they brought out some microwaved shrimp that tasted off—just one bite could have made anyone feel ill. To make matters worse, they still charged me for their mistake. I work in the food industry, and although we arrived an hour before closing, our order was incredibly simple. It would have been courteous for them to take responsibility for their error instead of trying to serve us that unpleasant shrimp. Anyone in their right mind would feel disrespected paying $60 for a wrong order like this."
