"I was looking for a donut shop near my house and workplace. I stumbled across this shop and was really surprised. At first, you wouldn't expect much from this place but it's actually really good. They have a pretty good selection of donuts that come out fresh every morning. It's not like Dunkin' Donuts where they come pre-made and just bake the donuts. This place actually uses fresh ingredients everyday to make and cook the donuts. They also have a wide variety of foods to chose from such as croissants, bagels, burgers, smoothies, ice cream, fries, boba, etc. I've tried a good mix of everything and they never miss. It's all so good, so anything you pick will be delicious. However, just make sure the employee understands what you want because some of the employees's English aren't the best. Although, it does feel good supporting a small business that is working hard and trying to make a living. If you are hesitant to try this place due to it being in Van Nuys, I would say to give it a try since it's a hidden gem that no one really knows about."
