"The cleanliness left much to be desired, and the service was just average. However, the main problem was that they appeared to be offering more dishes than they could execute well. I ordered a chicken parmesan sub, but the sauce had seeped into the breading of the chicken, and it was clearly reheated instead of freshly cooked. The cheese on a cold roll was barely melted, and the bread wasn't toasted. It felt more like leftovers than the gooey, saucy chicken parm I was expecting. My husband ordered a gyro, but the wrap was cold and not very appealing. The meat tasted like it had been pulled straight from the freezer. There was an overwhelming amount of sauce, and the tomato chunks were too large to eat comfortably. They have Boar's Head meats available, so they should consider offering cold sandwiches and maybe bacon as a topping instead of hot sandwiches. Additionally, our meals were served extremely far apart; we might have been more forgiving if our dishes had been delayed for toasting in the oven, but that wasn’t the case. We won’t be returning."
