"I had a disappointing experience at the Liberty, MO location. The two teenagers at the front counter were not friendly at all—they didn’t even say thank you when I bought my donuts. Additionally, I noticed a fly landing on the donuts in the case. When I brought it to the attention of one of the employees, she just stared at me without responding. I won’t be returning to this location. It doesn’t hurt to smile and be friendly, right? I'm not buying the excuse about difficulty finding help!"
