Each of the samples was thoughtfully crafted with great attention to detail, and the presentation was impressive.
We opted for a couple of mini cakes, which were moist, dense, and rich, beautifully topped with a smooth, velvety cream—truly delicious! We also tried the Mocha Chip and Goat Cheese Apricot gelato, both of which were exceptional. The mocha offered a strong, robust flavor, while the goat cheese apricot was a delightful surprise; it was creamy, flavorful, and balanced, with a nice hint of fresh apricot pieces without feeling too heavy.
