"I am visiting from Toronto and was looking for a steakhouse dinner spot to celebrate my birthday. The steaks were amazing!!! Was not expecting a DJ but the music was great! Early 2000s hip hop and R&B. My friends and I loved it! Good vibes all around. The service was incredible. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We shared 3 steaks. They placed it on a plate for all of us to share. That was really nice. We started with the tuna tartare as the appetizer. The crispy taro chips were a nice touch. Everything tasted good together. We got the Dry Aged Delmonico, the Cowgirl Bone In Ribeye and the Dry Aged Bone In Strip. We also got truffle fries and mashed potatoes. The steaks were cooked to perfection medium rare. They were so juicy and tender. Even the mashed potatoes were delicious! Creamy with a crunchy baked top. The truffle fries were a bit of a disappointment. They were not crunchy at all. A bit too soggy for my liking. But the steaks were the main event and they didn't disappoint! Thanks for a wonderful dinner! I am so glad I came here while visiting NYC. Cheers!!!"

"We went to STK last night to celebrate my partner’s promotion at work. I can’t describe how special our experience was! We made a reservation for 6:30, but wanted to hang out at the bar and have a few drinks for happy hour first. The bar staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed our appetizers! The ambiance and decor at the restaurant definitely adds to the experience it’s a unique and fun vibe for sure! We were seated right on time, and were taken care of by John and Grace. They were both phenomenal they answered our questions about the menu and preparation/cuts of steak, and they were positive and energetic. Our drinks were kept full and our meals were amazing! I talked to the GM, Shawn, about why we were celebrating, and he offered to send a surprise to the table at the end of the night. My partner was thrilled when it arrived! It was a huge sparkler along with a few drinks perfect end to the evening, and Shawn, John, and Grace all made sure to congratulate him on his promotion and shake his hand. The evening was truly special, and we are SO glad we went there to celebrate! Highly, highly recommend STK Denver, and we will definitely be back! Thank you all!"

"I’m torn. I was there for dinner on Saturday, and we had a great experience (food, service, drinks, etc. other than the live music was WAY TOO LOUD and got in the way of having a conversation the table. I was there again on Sunday with a different party, and thankfully there wasn’t any live music, but… our steaks came out cold, so our friends had their pasta while we were munching on the truffle fries waiting for our steaks to be redone properly. The manager comped us with a round of drinks, which I appreciated as a nice gesture, but that takes me to talk about the Old Fashioned. All three rounds of Old Fashioned were brought out without the luxardo cherries, one without even the orange twist… I don’t know what happened yesterday, but the STK was definitely off their game."

"First and most importantly the food was delicious. However our service was terrible. We were treated as if we did not belong. Took over an hour for food to come out and we were not checked on. Even once the food was brought we were not asked how was the food or anything. The customer service made my first visit be my last visit."

"I’ll rate my experience at STK a I had a small conflict with the host at the door, there was a lot of miscommunication and misconduct in the very beginning. The food was decent, I was excepting the food to be more than what it was but it was okay. My waiter was very pleasant and attentive. I rate my waiter an he made my friend and I feel very comfortable and that he made sure that we received everything that we needed. There were other waiters who were very helpful as well."

"First time going to this restaurant for brunch. The place itself is nice, décor is nice. We went on a weekend during brunch, so it was not that busy so the vibe was very relaxed and calm- obviously would be different during dinner time. The hostess was very nice, and the staff are all polite. Servers could speak up a little louder, it was hard to understand at times. The mac and cheese was delicious, and my partner liked his lobster and said the steak was cooked perfectly. We did have a hair in the butter sauce which was replaced right away- an offer for a dessert or something would have been appreciated considering the price we paid. The little burgers were not all that, had better else where. The bathroom area is super dark, and only one stall for the ladies bathroom- which is not a problem for a slow brunch day, but I could imagine on a busy dinner night how annoying that would be. We had bottomless mimosas for 30 bucks which is a reasonable price for brunch. The manager at the end of our meal came to our table to touch base which was nice and appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience to try but nothing to bring me back so far."

"I planned a birthday dinner for my mom. The staff seemed incompetent and lazy. We had a party of 14 with one waiter, we went during the time that was slow and waiters and waitresses were literally just standing around while our waiter struggled to assist all of us in a timely matter. The manager never came over to assist. He stood from afar and watched our table for 20 minutes while the waiter struggled. My mom’s fish was frozen. The waiter comped her birthday, dessert and shots. Our waiter did his best but he had NO support or help. Water glasses didn’t get refilled and wait staff literally was standing no one seemed eager to help us. Outside just of our waiter the service just sucked! This place was not worth the hype, save your money, and go somewhere cheaper with better service!"

"Disappointing at this price point. They forgot 1 item and didnt send the 2 for 1 orders so we were missing 3 items in total... which is insane on a $175 order. Maybe its a door dash issue. With the way they transmit 2 for 1, but again this shouldnt happen. The steak was mediocre lacked seasoning in a major way. Loved the Caesar salad and mac and cheese."

"STK!!! First off the food the Ambiance the music everything was extraordinary good what rub me the wrong way was the waiter that we had Terry first interaction with him was very off his body language was completely off as if we do something wrong. I made plans for what the call date night. Terry was not aware of, he went as far as saying people dont usually as for the date night menu. Which makes no since. As the rest of our entrees arrive we started to recieve other waiters walking pass the table looking at our food like they was discussed. That cause me to lose my appetite and I got my food to go. From there everything went down hill. This place is VERY SEXY! And great to enjoy but that interaction with the waiter that service me and my guest was foul!"

"I am giving STK a 3 star review.... and, I would add 2 for value. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars for service is because of Sarina W., she was absolutely lovely and made a 2 star meal into a 3 star. I'd give the rest of the staff 2 . First we were seated on a Friday night at 9:30pm in an empty restaurant, despite a ton of staff wondering around, talking to each other, no one came to ask or take our drink order. I finally had to go up and ask if there was anyone actually working. Sarina materialized from the back and after that service was five stars. Food was significantly overpriced and barely 3 stars. A $70 plate of pasta was limp, over sauced with barely passable sauce and preparation. The busboy/delivery person who brought it out didn't offer any pepper, which we finally got after asking towards the end of the meal. However, the seared Ahi with corn salsa was incredible and almost made up for the awful mushroom pasta. Atmosphere was okay....besides being almost empty, with really bad 70's disco music playing loudly, the music improved marginally over the course of our meal. We had the distinct impression this place has seen better days. As the evening wore on a few more tables filled up, but our 2 star experience was only enhanced due to one person, Sarina W. If it hadn't been for her it would have been 2 stars for service and 2 stars overall. Sadly, we won't be back."

"we were delighted to visit. at the arrival we were greeted with ease and check-in. our waitress was friendly and immediately brought water. brot took a long time when we waited for food. we ordered a dry aged steak, speck appetizer, macncheese and Brussels sprouts. the signature bread was good, but not very hot, which was surprising considering that we had waited so long to cook. the speck appetizer was very well seasoned, but not the best cooked. Usually the thicker fat fractions are crispy, our were chewing and soft. had to spit out, because it was not edible. the mac n cheese and steak were perfectly cooked. the spits were well cooked, but too sweet. some zitrus would have been nice to cut the fat and sweet. we finished the dinner with apple cake, which was the highlight of the evening with homemade crust! but as a high-end steak house, the apple cake should never be the main course and it did. about everything we enjoyed the ambiente and the personal, but not sure whether we would go back."
