"UPDATE: Just realized I could attach photos. I wish I could post photos. First: the lid would not stay on. The coffee had leaked all over the cup. It was HANDED TO my fiance like that. Got home and the lid came off. I have dark coffee because it was made wrong, so it was wayyyy darker than it should be for what was actually ordered anyways, the lid pops off and my white comforter, as well as myself (mind you, I am a week and a half post op from a major surgery) is covered in hot coffee. Secondly: two breakfast sandwiches ordered, verified it DOES SAY toasted on the tag on the bag, and NEITHER toasted. Literally just cold, white English Muffins. We had to toast them in our toaster oven. Again, I wish I could post photos here. The only thing that was right about this order was the bottle of Diet Coke. And now I have to do unnecessary laundry today and HOPE this comforter is not stained by the time all is said and done. Seriously, folks. Do better. Hire more people, train your staff to put QUALITY behind their orders, stop putting pressure on the staff with the car counter timers...this very, very wrong and destructive order could have been avoided with an extra 30 to 45 seconds of care. If I myself were able to drive I would have driven back myself and made the staff remake this disaster."
