"Met friends for a casual lunch. Started with drinks an appetizer. When meals were ordered, one of our foursome ordered her lunch plus a take-out order. I was dismayed when her takeout order arrived before our lunches, and it was not prepared to-go. She told the server it was to be to-go, so it went back to the kitchen. When it came back, in a clear to-go box, half of the meal was missing! The fries and corn which had been part of the meal the first time it came out was gone. Then the server told her those don 't come with an appetizer--apparently it somehow morphed from being a lunch special (as it was initially prepared into an appetizer. Then my friend had to explain that she had not ordered an appetizer. When the server still said these don 't come with it, my friend asked for a menu to show her what was included on the lunch special. Later, she got the fries.I don 't know what happened to the corn. Our lunches never arrived 'til after the take-out order. What restaurant does that???We were calm during all of that. Then came time to pay. Our checks were never brought, so one of the group asked for them. The server said You pay on that and pointed to a credit card processor (or not! Keep reading . She said they don 't take payments. One in our group asked What if I want to pay cash? Then the server said she 'd take her payment. For the rest of us, we took our turns on the machine that I had thought was an online menu. One in the group had an incorrect bill. The manager came to help with that but didn 't seem at all concerned that their customer was overcharged. Then it was my turn. My payment did not go through, and the processor gave me a message saying it did not go through because someone was adding an item to our (cumulative? bill. I assumed it was the manager who was trying to fix the errors on my friend 's bill. It also said I 'd have to re-do the payment and that I might see a posting on my credit card account from my initial payment. I certainly didn 't want a double payment, so I said to the manager I did not want to pay using his card processor because it had indicated to me I might see a posting from the initial attempt. He said they do not accept payments other than through their processor. I replied (not heatedly that if that is so, it should be made clear to customers upon arrival. He looked at me but made no apology or even acknowledgement of what I 'd said. He merely took my credit card to see what he could do . Then he passed our table a couple of times with no follow-up and of course, he still had my card. When he came back, he said I 'd have to pay through the processor or else use cash. Fortunately I had cash for if I had not, I would have been an even more unhappy customer than I was. Neither the wait staff nor this manager seemed even slightly concerned at all the missteps and errors in how they handled our orders and payments. People reading this will probably think, Poor Chili 's; they probably don 't have enough staff. That 's not it. They had plenty of staff for the small number of tables occupied with customers. I like Chili 's, but this one is off my list."

"Here for dinner the other night, ended up having to wait 20 minutes or so, when the restaurant didn’t seem that busy.Our waitress came after about 3-5 minutes, to get our drink order. Then it took quite a while to get our appetizers, and it seemed like we had to keep reminding her of stuff we had asked for throughout the meal.We all ordered off of the three 410 menu, most of us getting some kind of sandwich or a hamburger, the chicken patties for the sandwiches being decent size, but a small portion of fries came with it.We ordered chips and salsa as one of the appetizers, and had to keep asking for refills because they kept bringing smaller amounts and were being eaten quickly without being refilled. And when the waitress asked if we would like a fresh set to take home with us after we paid our bill, she disappeared and never reach her to the table with them?"

"Great prices for even better food. Good drinks. Service was good but my only thing was that the waiter didn't ask if we wanted refills, we had to flag him down, but no biggie. Had games to watch while eating with my family. The greeting and just plain acknowledgement from all employees even though they weren't our servers was a amazing experience. It's very family friendly and peaceful. I will definitely bring my family and others back and happily spend my money."

"Our experience at the restaurant was frustrating right from the start. The appetizer we ordered was incorrect, and it took quite a while to resolve the issue. I had requested bottomless chips, a salad, and soup, but all I received was a salad refill, which arrived with my friend's entrée after she had already finished her salad. I had to remind the waitress about my soup when my friend asked for a to-go box. When I brought it up, the waitress seemed confused and asked which type of soup I had ordered. In the end, I never got the soup! After some time, she rolled her eyes and finally brought out the Loaded Baked Potato soup approximately eight minutes later. Throughout the meal, the waitress didn't check in with us about refills for anything except salad. We were there for an hour and a half and weren't offered drink refills at all. We eventually had to flag her down just to order dessert. I chose the molten chocolate cake, but to my disappointment, the center was just a solid lump of chocolate. I recognize that everyone can have an off day and that many restaurants are currently dealing with staffing shortages, but I expect much more when I’m spending over $35 for lunch for one person. This has been one of the worst dining experiences I’ve encountered in years."

"I was truly impressed! I had been warned that Arnold was a place we should avoid, as the community felt outdated. However, I'm happy to say I decided to check it out for myself. We stopped by for lunch, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and came out quickly. Kyle was our server, and he was a perfect gentleman—very polite and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The other patrons were also friendly; I didn’t encounter any troublemakers, thankfully. Arnold, I hope to visit your neighborhood again and experience that same great atmosphere!"

"They waited us out for a text when our table was ready. Waiting time wasn't long. Customers will be separated according to Kovid rules. The waiter was polite and informative about the distance between the girls. The food was delicious and fantastic, as always! The ordering technique has changed with an I-pad of any kind for displaying menu and payment of the tab. However, a regular menu was provided if necessary. It was fun and relaxing! A great time was from all!!"

"I must say I almost didn’t go bc of the low rating and pretty bad reviews I read. I don’t live in Texas. I was in town for work and I love Chili’s. I’ve been a Chili’s Rewards member for years. Once I read the reviews, I went in with very low expectations. I had a great experience. I sat at the bar my bartender , Bri promptly asked what I wanted to drink, I asked about drink specials and she told me about the $6 margarita of the month. I don’t remember what it was called but it was one of the best margaritas I’ve had at a restaurant. I didn’t have to wait for my chips and salsa, which I enjoyed while I watched the games they had on that night and waited for my order to be prepared. The Chili’s where I’m from took beef nachos off the menu so I was happy to be able to enjoy my favorite dish at this Chili’s. When my plate camr, it was fresh and hot. I came in kind of late, so Bri was sure to ask if I wanted another margarita since it was last call. I’m glad because I did want another tasty drink. Then, when I noticed I was the last person in the bar, I made the comment that “I need to hurry.” And Bri told me to take my time, no worries. It’s unfortunate so many people had a bad experience, but I rate MY experience 5-stars all the way around."
"Why is the food always undercooked? It doesn't seem like this restaurant is in that much of a hurry. The noodles were uncooked, the egg rolls were barely warmed up, and I didn't even get the extra bread I ordered for the pasta. I should have remembered that the food wasn't great the last time I visited, but I wanted to give it another chance. No thanks. I’m done."

"I haven't visited Chili's in years, so I had high hopes for this visit. Overall, the customer service was excellent. However, the food was a bit disappointing. We ordered the salmon with rice and broccoli, along with black beans, chips, and salsa. Unfortunately, everything was too salty and lacked any distinct flavor other than salt. The salmon needed more time on the heat as it was a bit undercooked in the middle. To cleanse my palate, I ordered a mini lava cake, which had good taste and texture, but was not quite a melted lava cake as expected. Despite the underwhelming food, the friendly and efficient service from Tina would make us consider giving the restaurant another chance in the future. I believe there is always room for improvement in any culinary experience."

"Usually, if you've been to one Chili's, you've experienced them all. I was honestly surprised at the friendliness of our server (Connor, I think) because he was assigned a huge area and was also the bartender and host. But he was thriving and it was awesome. In his shoes I would have loved some help, but I hope he made from his tables that day.The food was also delicious. I get lunch from another location pretty often, and that same dish's quality can differ wildly depending on the day. This location was on point though. Finally, we had margaritas and they were really good. Mixed well and pleasantly strong for house margs."

"Chili's is among the top restaurants of its kind. I’m currently on a low-carb diet for health reasons, and I was pleased to find adequate dinner options here. I really enjoy the queso, but since I'm avoiding chips, I requested fresh green pepper slices as a substitute, and they brought out a generous bowl! I also had a bunless burger, but the lettuce wasn't ideal for a burger—it would have been better suited for a salad—and the tomatoes were a bit underripe. It's disappointing to note that this is summer, and they should be in season. On a positive note, the service was excellent!"

She came to America to get away from the war have a new start. She's working taking college courses. She was attentive delightful. Great experience. "I ordered takeout and was disappointed to find my chicken strips were very cold, especially given the distance from the restaurant to my home. The skillet queso I received was supposed to be 10 oz, but it only measured about 5 oz. The fries were also quite bad, as you can see in the picture below. This was my worst experience at Chili's, made worse by the rude behavior of the staff member who handled my to-go order. When I brought up my concerns, they even slammed the door in anger. The quality of both the customer service and the food at Chili's has never been this poor."
"bijan’s is one of the only late evening dining places in the opposite. at the arrival I let the host know that I used open table, but he didn't check me in or confirm, just led me to a table. I asked him to formally check me in, and he said he would, but he continued to sit down others. Someday I asked another host who immediately checked in and said I would get my open table points. he was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was not only delicious, but so big that I took the rest of the house. my related had the chicken potcake (written as tasty, but vaccinated on the chicken,) and the chicken cake (the diligent was burned and had no taste, but the chicken was moist and tasty). we just wanted water so I can't get the drinks. our server was pleasant and efficient."
"Delicious food! I haven’t tried the chili yet, but after this dinner, I’m eager to come back. I ordered Alex’s Santa Fe burger, which is not something I usually go for, but I was in the mood to try something different, and I’m so glad I did. It includes avocado, pepper jack cheese, red onions, roasted jalapeños, tomatoes, fries, and a special Santa Fe sauce. The fries were superb! The only drawback was that the service at the register was a bit slow. It wasn’t the cashier’s fault; she was handling everything, but it seemed like she was a little overwhelmed with the bar and tables. I thought about deducting a star for the wait, but she was so friendly and did her best that it didn’t spoil my experience. Overall, I had a wonderful dinner and I’ll definitely return!"

"This is the third time I have been here. The total impression is that it is cheap and very generous volume. Chips and salsa are basically with free refill. Chili was full of beef and a little bit salty.... Mexican food is always full of passionate feeling... A lot of family parties over here... I can see people enjoy their dining here... What more can you ask? Service is good and prompt...."

"I typically try to avoid leaving negative reviews, so I'll start with the positives. The staff here was excellent—our waitress was friendly, attentive, and prompt. We were seated quickly, our orders were taken without delay, and our food came out in no time, even though we visited during the busy Saturday lunch rush. However, I have to mention that the cleanliness of the place was quite concerning. It wasn’t just a matter of poor cleaning after hours; it appeared to be a long-standing issue, with dust and old crumbs scattered in the dining areas. The glassware was streaky and had water spots, likely from being wiped with a dirty rag. I can only guess how the kitchen looks based on the condition around its entrance, which was quite unappealing. Everyone has different priorities when dining out, but if cleanliness matters to you, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Personally, I won’t be coming back."
"Was there with my parents and my mom sliced her elbow open as she was scooting into the booth on a long, sharp metal strip they have under their windows on their wall. She was bleeding, and luckily, I had hand sanitizer, but I had to ask for napkins and a bandaid. They didn't say they were sorry it happened or anything. The manager came over just to get a sense of whether they might get sued. Not to mention, any time there is blood, they should be taking the proper steps in cleaning documenting. That didn't happen. The food was dry and not very good, and the drinks were over-sweet, glasses were sticky and they were crazy over-priced. Their tabletop terminal was so sticky and dirty and didn't work, so we had to swipe our cards 3 times. Would never go back honestly. Place has really give down hill. Hasn't been there in years, don't remember it being so... underwhelming."
"Went to go grab dinner around 7:30 just to get out of the house. No one was at the podium to greet us when we walked in. I had to go to the bar ask did they have a host or hostess working. They told me there was a hold on seating anyone at this time but would send someone. The hostess came said there would be a 10-15 minute wait but the restaurant was nearly empty. We decided to wait which I regretted because once we got seated it was close to the restroom they claimed that no one was working the other area where the other tables were. The person I was with had to send his food back twice due to it being cold in the middle barely any food on the plate to begin with. About time they got it half way right we were ready to go not to mention it was so cold you could barely enjoy your food. I will say the server Miranda was professional even though others made her job difficult."
