"I would like to begin by saying that the food at this restaurant was delicious and some of the service was pleasant. I want to give credit to the waitress who took the initiative to personally prepare the potatoes for my order when she realized I had been waiting for a while. However, I had a frustrating experience with my pick-up order. I called ahead to order two Beer Battered Fish Fries and was told there would be a 20-minute wait. I arrived at the restaurant within 20 minutes, but my order was not ready. I ended up waiting 40 minutes in total before receiving my order. When I mentioned the long wait time to the employee who cashed me out, she gave me an attitude and did not believe me when I said I had been waiting for 40 minutes. She dismissed my concerns and mentioned that she had other orders to attend to. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the extended wait time or the fact that my order was incorrect when I finally received it (missing coleslaw and one with panko instead of battered). Despite the delicious food, the lack of apology, the mix-up with the order, and the poor attitude from the employee at the end of my visit may prevent me from returning to this restaurant. It is important to remember that providing good service is essential for customer satisfaction and ultimately leads to the success of the business. Kindness and consideration towards customers is crucial, as unhappy customers can result in loss of business. In this case, the lack of apology and extended wait time without acknowledgment of the mistake were disappointing aspects of the service."
