"As I arrived at the restaurant which is in a shopping center, it appeared to be a regular pizzeria from the outside. I’m not going to lie, I gave it my side eye. I walked in to a bar/pizzeria in the front. It was lively, the bar only had a couple available seats. The main dining room is just ahead as well as another room that’s used as a space for private functions. I was seated immediately in the main dining room which was pretty empty. The waiter, Andrew came over and begin serving immediately. He was awesome and provided food recommendations. I ordered this Cannellini bean soup that he suggested and it was phenomenal, the lobster ravioli special and a glass of reisling and my date had spaghetti and meatballs. Overall it was a good time, I had leftovers and it was even tastier the next day."

"I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since it opened. Unfortunately, yesterday was the final straw for me. I placed an order for two pizzas over the phone for pick-up. However, when I arrived, I was dismayed to find that I had to wait in a long line behind customers who had not even placed an order yet. The sign clearly stated that my order was ready, but I was forced to wait along with everyone else. This policy is not only frustrating, but it also resulted in my pizzas being cold by the time I finally received them."

"Great place to get some awesome calzones. My son and I both had delicious, super stuffed calzones that I'm still eating three days later. Even better the next day and beyond. Owner was awesome and very personable. Clean and comfortable establishment. The chicken in the calzone was top notch. The pepperoni was exploding with flavor and the broccoli was seasoned and added an entire different layer of goodness to the whole taste extravaganza. Thank you for an awesome dinner on a super rainy afternoon."

"We had confirmed reservations for 6:45 PM on Friday. When we arrived and checked in, they did not have our reservation on file. After a few minutes, it was suggested that it may have been printed on a printer in the back room, but they did not have time to check. The previous 1-star reviews in each category were only entered to reach the minimum for commenting. My suggestion would be to not rely on OpenTable for reservations at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I cannot speak to the quality of the food or service."

"Placed an order on Doordash to Wings Wings Wings literally ordering boneless wings and French fries. 1. The 'wings ' were as if someone took a chicken breast and cut slivers off of it or strips. Chicken was tough and barely edible... Picture for reference. The sauce did taste good though. 2. The fries were over cooked and I could barely eat a quarter of them. Do not recommend, will not order again. I wanted to try something new but will stick with King Wing or Sticky Fingers from now on."

"The staff at this restaurant location always impress me with their amazing attitude and great service, especially when it comes to dealing with my rowdy boys. I celebrated my 40th birthday here and wouldn't want to dine anywhere else. While the Oakville Scaddabush location may be disappointing in terms of hospitality and customer service, the Richmond Hill location is exceptional in every way. From the staff to the atmosphere, everything is top-notch. Thank you, Scaddabush Richmond Hill, for being so wonderful."

"We used to love Libertores has been disappointing last few times- last night prompted me to write this. Keep in mind we consider ourselves regulars- however the owner has got to recognize us since we recognize him- yet treated like strangers every time. That's the start- drinks....we got our bar drinks( wine and a beer) glass of water- never once did the server come check to see if we needed a refill- until we were ready for the check-Bread- is this a new rule? No refills just 4 slices for 2 people- we are Italian- bread is a huge part of the meal. Sauce- since we are repeat customers- we know that the side of pasta is always dry- so we asked for a little extra sauce- got 2 tablespoons full....and was up-charged $2.00!!!! TWO DOLLARS FOR TWO TABLESPOONS!!! No even a ladel full... BTW- we were there at 4- only patrons in the place- to say disappointed is an understatement- during this time where people chose to spend their hard earned money and get a value meal- you may be better off cooking at home- cheaper and more delicious. just saying."

"Cugini is a pizzeria with a restaurant room for casual dining. I overall liked my experience. The food is very traditional and I would score them above average. The service was prompt and pleasant. "I've given one star simply because the food is good, though that is probably what they rely on to compensate for their atrocious customer service. I ordered a pizza for lunch, and two grilled chicken salads to take home for dinner $32.00). When I gothome and opened the salads, guess what was missing? If you said the grilled chicken, then you're the winner, winner chickendinner...NOT. I did try to call them at 6:30, but my calls went to their answering machine, despite their business hours shownas being open to 7. I had to order dinner from elsewhere . The salads are in my fridge this morning, already having turned brownand wilted, and will not be edible even for lunch today, so a total waste of food. I called and spoke to a manager that offereda credit of $8.00 for the missing chicken. Not replacement salads, not a full credit either, but a $8.00 credit for the chickenalone. I declined, for the principle of it, and told them to buy themselves a nice cup of coffee and for the price of a fancycup of coffee, they've lost a customer. I admit, I'm still miffed, and a little surprised that a deli with such a goodreputation just doesn't care."
