"We stumbled upon this restaurant on a whim, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The place was clean and well-lit, featuring a simple, modern decor. The atmosphere felt a bit steamy and warm compared to the dry winter weather in Los Angeles. We were greeted right away and shown to our table. I decided to try the 3G Ramen with chicken and extra tofu, which I highly recommend, while my mom opted for the spicy miso ramen with chicken, which was also delicious. The miso ramen was creamy with just the right kick of spiciness to give a nice tingle without being overwhelming. For those who enjoy more heat, there were additional condiments like spicy sesame oil, chili powder, and soy sauce available. Our ramen noodles were perfectly cooked – firm yet tender, just the way they should be. Our food arrived within minutes, and our waitress was fast, friendly, and very efficient, ensuring my water glass was never empty. Though the prices were a bit higher than I would have preferred, the quality was excellent, and I understand that downtown rents are steep. The total for two ramen bowls and two green teas came to about $30. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the sake because one drink isn't enough, and my mom couldn't drive downtown. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning in the future."
