"New vegan menu! I've been here since the opening. The pozole is vegan and most foods can be easily vegan by leaving the cheese and cream. I always get the enchiladas, San's dairy, with the red sauce. All their sauces are vegan and also rice and beans! I was so excited to see that this week they added a strictly vegan menu! It includes Tacos, Quesadilla and Enchiladas all made on handmade blue maize tortillas. And of course you can get any dish and sub vegan cheese or vegan sour cream. The queen with squash blossoms was my favorite. They also specify on the menu that all vegan items are cooked on a separate surface. Great! I haven't tried yet, but they also have a cocktail called Nutty Russian, which is made with homemade nut milk. I'm glad to try the next time. I usually sit at the bar and the staff is always fun and very helpful."
