"I frequently order takeout from this restaurant, but today, for Mother's Day, my family and I chose to dine in. Everyone at our table received their meals, except for me. I waited patiently, but my food never arrived. When the waitress came to check on us, I mentioned that I was still waiting for my order. By that time, my family was already halfway through their meals, so I asked if my food was ready to be packed to go. If it hadn't been prepared yet, I told her to just cancel it. She informed me that they hadn't started making it, and while she offered to remove it from the bill, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. This left a bad taste in my mouth, and I highly doubt I'll be returning anytime soon, if at all. It's quite disappointing, especially since I used to really enjoy ordering takeout from this place.
