We dined outdoors, and our waiter provided professional and attentive service, which is typically what you can expect at the better restaurants in Bakersfield. However, during our recent visits, we've noticed a change that makes it feel like a different restaurant compared to how it was before the pandemic, particularly in terms of food consistency.
