"eating was excellent! with a group of friends and we shared several tapas, including the tabla de jamón y queso, bruschetta with tomaten, croquettes were so delicious, the Spanish omelette, oktopus, patatas bravas (one must) and the churrasco. to dessert the heavenly. everything was delicious and service was fast. I will say that the sangria has left much to wish, but that eating is more than for them would go back 10/10"

"Oxenfrē Public House in Brookings, Oregon is easily the best and nicest bar in Brookings (which is funny because when they took it over it was an old, seedy dive bar upon which they worked wonders and miracles).Oxenfrē has a great drink menu and they are super mindful to details. The Ox hearkens to the bygone days of the Prohibition Era speakeasy. It 's a moody, hip establishment, open only in the evenings 'til late, with regular, live-entertainment via local and non-local bands. Yes, they have a stage. Also pool tables. And great food! It 's a small menu, but absolutely worth your time! You must try their Poutine, their mouth-watering burgers, and if you 're feeling extra adventurous, their Bacon Bourbon Milkshakes!I own and operate Hurry In Curry Delivery Service here in Brookings and we used to do all sorts of food deliveries from Oxenfrē. Sadly, we haven 't seen them in quite some time (ever since they switched to the limited menu). However, they still have great food that is definitely worth the delivery fee to have it delivered.Call Hurry In Curry if you want Oxenfrē Public House delivered!"

"I had a great experience ordering at the restaurant; they have tablets available for customers. There are definitely a couple of them, and you can use them to order in advance, which means you don't have to wait in line. It's a really neat feature! However, I feel that the boba tea lounge could benefit from a larger location or more space. They've been in their small spot for quite some time now, and it would be nice to see them expand, maybe with a second location or a bigger store altogether. Also, every third Saturday of the month, they host a pop-up car and art show, which adds a fun touch to the experience!"

"We visited the restaurant to try the combo drinks in a split cup that we saw advertised on Facebook, but the server informed us that they were out of split cups. Nevertheless, their boba drinks were quite good, comparable to other brands like Gongcha, Kim's, and 85 Degrees. However, my kids were not impressed with the Popcorn Chicken and Fries, and I had to agree with them. The chicken was not tender and a bit dry, while the fries were bland and lacked crispiness. On a positive note, I had read a review that described the place as dirty, but we found it to be clean and cozy, much like most other boba shops in the area!"
