"To start, I enjoyed the fig toast, which featured bright, thinly sliced figs atop a bed of whipped stracciatella. Although the toast appeared overly burnt, it was quite enjoyable to eat and didn’t taste burnt at all. The salty pancetta added a delightful twist, giving the dish a unique flavor reminiscent of peanut butter.
For my main course, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous serving of crab meat on my saffron spaghetti. While I was curious about the yuzu olive oil cake for dessert, my date chose the panna cotta, which was absolutely delicious. The combination of fresh fruit with cream made for a perfect ending to our meal—light and delightful."
