"We have visited this restaurant over ten times in the past year because it’s conveniently located and offers delicious food at a great value. We're familiar with the wait staff, and their service has always been good. However, the main issue is that reservations are often disregarded; regulars who come in without a reservation get seated promptly, while others, who aren’t favored by management, can end up waiting over an hour past their scheduled time. This was particularly frustrating during our last visit, and as a result, we are likely to look for a different dining option in the future. I hope the manager takes this feedback to heart and makes some necessary changes."

"I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, and it was delicious—really tasty with a generous portion. Everything here is sizable, and they recommend sharing or ordering half. While the food is great, the prices are on the higher side, and I think their overall ratings suffer due to the service and treatment of customers. Our bill came to $200 for four people, without drinks, though we did get dessert on the house. If I could offer a suggestion, it would be for the staff, especially the person at the front desk, to be kinder to customers. A little friendliness goes a long way!"

"Sent zucchini noodles instead of fried zucchini though they said they 'd refund cost to my card. Biggest problem was the sauces -especially Marsala. Very heavy. Fast concealed in the tin before dinner over. Left thick residue in my sink. Clearly no heart healthy. Baked clams buried in oreganata sauce. Caesar salad fresh and crispy and a nice Italian loaf was included. I might order from here again but would stay away from sauces."

"Idk where to even start but I came here tonight for my reservation at 745 and it was a super busy night for them so we had to wait which was fine.
