"When we walked in, the restaurant was a bit empty, so I expected to be seated quickly. Unfortunately, we were left waiting at the front for several minutes until someone finally came and told us we could sit anywhere. A sign indicating this would have been helpful. After being seated, it took another 10 minutes to place our orders.
I ordered eggs benedict, and the ham was so dry that it was difficult to chew. While some of the sandwiches our group ordered received positive feedback, the pastrami sandwich was incredibly chewy due to excess fat, which felt intentional to make you pay extra for leaner portions. We ended up spending a lot on meals we could have found elsewhere, and that’s before adding the cost of sides. Although Roaster's has always been on the pricier side, you typically got what you paid for. Unfortunately, that’s not the case at this location."
