Unfortunately, this owner seems to be cutting costs by only providing the standard thin crust for personal sizes. While a medium pizza can be made with a thick crust, customers are not given the same choice for personal sizes.
2. There is a serious fire code violation: the exit door remains locked during business hours. This poses a significant issue for disabled senior citizens who cannot exit the restaurant without using the entrance. If the entrance is busy, customers trying to leave are forced to wait for incoming patrons to cross. According to building regulations and the Las Vegas fire department, all exit doors must remain accessible during business hours. The restaurant must not lock these exits. My safety and well-being are at risk while inside.
