"We wish we could give Alyson, Derek, and the entire Hearty Boys team an infinite number of stars for the absolutely amazing food and service they provided for our October 2022 wedding!We knew that we didn 't want the standard wedding fare and were looking for something more unique; Hearty Boys did not disappoint! We approached them with less than a year to our event date and they were immediately willing and able to work with that time frame. Alyson was amazingly helpful in guiding us through the tasting process to determine our final menu; we brought her a lot of half-finished ideas, thoughts, and special requests and she was excellent at offering insightful solutions that fulfilled what we needed. Several of our guests had very specific dietary requirements that we were not certain could be easily handled in a catering situation. Hearty Boys made it clear that they were interested in and able to accommodate these requirements, and that it was not a burden to do so. Hearty Boys also rolled with us when we decided we wanted to add desserts later in the process, kindly allowing us to pick up mini-pies to taste at home as there was not time for a sit-down tasting.On the wedding day the food was absolutely delicious and the number one compliment we got was about how great the food was. People raved about the food! Additionally, Alyson and her team made sure we got to actually eat on our wedding day; appetizers and a drink awaited us after the ceremony, dinner service was designed so we had time to eat, and they even boxed up desserts to take with us that we didn 't have time to finish due to mingling with guests.We are sad that we have no other life events to hire Hearty Boys for right now, and will absolutely think of them first in the future!"
