"I frequented this excellent establishment for almost 9 years. I most recently attended dinner on New Year's Eve. I had the Tavern Burger with a hefty side salad, and my partner had the Rock Fish. They were delicious. We also got the Crab pot. The meals taste curated from scratch, homemade, straight from a person's kitchen who cares deeply about the quality ND presentation of their food. We got some sort of caramel, apple dumpling dessert that was not earth-shattering; but, the scratch white-coffee ice cream was most notable. The atmosphere is always top quality here as you have to really care about yourself and your company to find out about this place and venture here. This is definitely a worth establishment to visit off the beaten path. If you are trying to get a reservation, which is the best way to approach the eating experience here, plan a few weeks in advance. Otherwise, you can show up and likely get a spot at the bar, but who wants to wait, although it will be worth it?"
