"I ordered a steak sub from this restaurant but received the wrong order. I was babysitting my granddaughters and didn 't sit down to eat as soon as the order arrived. When I opened my order a few hours later after getting the girls settled, I saw that Ireceived the wrong steak sub. I called the restaurant and the person who answered asked me why I was just calling if I receivedthe order hours before. Not that it was any of their business, but I explained that I had my granddaughters, had to do theirhair and get them settled before I sat down to eat. The person said he was getting the manager ? who never came to the phone ?and told me I had to bring to the restaurant the wrong steak sub before they would make me another one. This isn?t the firsttime my order has been wrong or skimpy, but it is the last time I?m ordering from them. And to top it off, the steak was justground beef. They tried to tell me that 's how it always is, which isn 't correct because I had ordered one from them just a weekprior, which is why I re-ordered it because it was really good."
