"Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a burger restaurant with good food, reasonable prices, and customer service. This was my second visit to this place. The first time was fine, but this time was incredibly disappointing. The girl at the counter seemed reluctant to provide me with the prices for the combo and a la carte options. After ordering and paying, I received a small drink cup and discovered that one of the machines was not working. When I asked for help, the girl ignored me until I rudely interrupted a conversation to inquire about the machine. She simply turned a key to switch it on without offering an apology or acknowledgment. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the onion rings were severely overcooked. After bringing it to their attention, they remade them, but it appeared as though they just placed the same ones in a different bag. I left with no intention of ever returning, feeling like my business was not valued. It seems like that's what the girl at the counter wants anyway."
