"The driver who delivered my order went ahead and tipped himself an additional 4$from my card when I had already tipped him cash. I called back and spoke to the manager Chaz, he told me I would be able to use the money that was STOLEN towards the next order and refused me a refund. I took the offer and ordered a 14? small pie today, which I have gotten two weeks ago for 10$ (online it?s priced as 8.45). Chaz then tells me my total and assures me that the discount was added. He charged me 9 with change and proceeds to lie about the pricing for a small pie once I questioned him. Meaning that the total charged to me was 8.45 (original pricing) +tax. It?s not a lot of money, but it?s the principle. They let an employee steal, didn?t give me a refund and proceeded to lie to me in order to not let me use the ?credit? THEY had offered me. Don?t go here, the way ?management? handled this situation was super unprofessional. I will not be going back."
