"WOW! Very fresh fish and delicious. I had Sushimi, my wife had Sushi and my son had the Donkatsu and baked Aal. We also had some of the special roles. It was surprisingly good and some of the freshest fish I had outside the high-end restaurant in LA, New York, Seattle and Denver. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are large. The best part is that it is a family business. The Sushi Cook is the owner and his wife is the hostess, and his sons are clear tables and take orders they are a hardworking Asian family. My parents had a restaurant and it takes everyone to work together to run and you don't see many truly family-run restaurants these days. I was skeptical of the place, but friends recommended it very much. I talked to the owner who is the Sushi cook. He bought the store so he's the new owner since May. He trained in sushi restaurants for almost 20 years before he left alone. He recommended the filled avocado "

"I visited Fuguya Sushi for my birthday yesterday, and I couldn't be happier! Ji Woo was our server, and she was incredible! Her warm smile, quick service, and knowledge of the menu made my experience a perfect 10/10. The restaurant was clean, the music was spot on, and the vibe was just right. "They have such good bowls and I am absolutely obsessed with their Siracha aoli, so much so that I always order extra. The price is very high for a chicken bowl though.The past 3 times I have gone in they have either forgotten my sauce or not given me the extra sauce I paid for. This isn 't what bothered me, as we all get busy and need friendly reminders. What bothered me was how rude the staff was about it. The first time the girl rolled her eyes which I brushed off as a bad day. It happened again a second time and she actually argued with me about it as if I was lying about not receiving it after she just handed me the takeout bag 1 second prior. The third time, most recently, the guy was filling the cups of sauce and all the workers making the food were starring at me with an annoyed look and one of the girls actually shook her head as if I was a burden and a karen. I felt like I had asked very nicely and this made me feel so uncomfortable and almost in tears for the last time. With how much you pay, their service is horrible. There is no way I will be returning back which is a bummer because I really do love their food.Also I have never left a review in my life but felt I needed to due to how uncomfortable they made me feel."

"The food and service were satisfactory. The restaurant has an interesting concept but leans more towards fast food rather than a full service dining experience. My wife ordered a bowl, but was served a burrito instead, so we both ended up with sushi burritos. They essentially just seemed like oversized sushi rolls. Our son had a children's meal where he could choose his own ingredients. Overall, it was good but not exceptional."

"Motomaki has a laid-back vibe and serves fresh food. When I find everything on the menu appealing, I often just go with the first option I see. This time, I chose the island tuna roll, and it was a delightful burst of flavors. The taste was exceptional, and I couldn't quite figure out what the sauce was, but it added a nice crunch. Essentially, it felt like a Japanese burrito. I could easily eat here every day, and the tuna was simply delicious."
