"We have had very mixed experiences with Monument Beach Pizza but because its local we keep giving them chances. Tonight was unfortunately the last straw. We were delivered a burnt pizza, a visiably burnt pizza, crust and cheese. When calling to request a new pizza or a refund, whichever was easier for them, we were told the pizza wasn 't burnt when it left . I have worked in customer service my whole life and you 're generally told not to blame the customer. Horrible customer service."
