"I had a truly awful experience with this restaurant today. I placed an order at 8:30 a.m., expecting it to arrive in 30 to 40 minutes. After an hour, I called for an estimated time of arrival (ETA), and was told it would be just 5 more minutes. Still no sign of the food. Fifteen minutes later, and yet again, no delivery; I received another ETA of 15 minutes. I asked for a partial refund so I could still receive the food, and they offered me a measly $7 on a $26 order, which is basically just the tip. We order from this place every week, and this is such an unacceptable way to treat a customer. I mentioned to Ramez that he could have called us to inform us that the original 30-40 minute wait had turned into an hour and a half. We live just three minutes away and would have gladly picked it up ourselves. I will not be ordering from here ever again!"
