"Went thru drive thru, using mobile app to redeem an offer $3 Whopper Wednesday). After waiting in line for 15 minutes, an older gentleman who looked like the manager says he cannot take my rewards app code because I was supposed to mention it at the speaker when he took my order. How was I supposed to know? There were signs at the speaker box but they were all advertisements..I went back to check and there was literally zero signage about it. I'm not expecting perfect customer service, but he could've just entered a new order with my code, as it was simply one burger. Whatever, I can accept that I could've been the one in the wrong. However, I decided to walk inside the lobby and replace the order since he cancelled it all together and did not allow me to pay full price at the window after saying I should'veread the signs. There were only 3 workers that I could see on the floor: the manager on DT, a lady at the register who was also helping out pass food to DT, and the worker in the back mainly handling the food. No wonder they were moving slow and didn't care, they were understaffed and tired. Still unexcusable when part of your job is customer service. I'll give them a break for that nonetheless. Further, I proceed with my order, a regular Whopper with extra pickle, regular mustard and light mayo. After checking out I see my receipt says Impossible Whopper. Alright, no biggie. As I'm waiting, I see the initial manager at DT who was taking orders, help out and grab a large fry for someone at the window. It sounds perfectly fine, what could be wrong? Well, he was not wearing gloves might not be their standard) AND touched the fries he was serving with his bare hands. That's food going into someone's mouth and he touched it with the same hands he used to touch the screen, take payments, and grab other food. Forget cross contamination, that's purely unsanitary and disgusting. I receive my order shortly after and head back to the car, when I look inside and realize that not only did they not give me my original order a customized Whopper) OR a standard Impossible Whopper, but what was placed in the bag...was a plain regular hamburger which is worth less than the cost of the coupon I paid with mind you). All in all, they can't do anything right. Both the workers at this location and the company itself. You will regret eating the food, it's not as great tasting as it used to be.TL;DR Don't waste your money here."

"This Burger King is absolutely an insult to the whole brand! I don't know if this is a franchise, but the food quality is absolutely a joke! Oh yea, this is before covid-19 even hit the world, so no excuses!!! The funny thing is I went to literally 4 different Burger Kings over the last 6 months and they were absolutely on par! They tasted Charbroiled, juicy, toastex warm bun and oh yea lots of veggies! This location no matterwhat time you go the burgees come out in like 30 seconds, HEY I know fast is great right....? No WAY, No matter when you go the burgers tasted ALWAYS the same.... The buns are cold, the meat is dry, like a 1/3 of the veggies you get at ALL the other locations, and A DROP of sauce...! Im not joking or Exaggerating by any means! The burgees tasted old and stale, I worked in the food industry for a Longgg time as a leadership role the burgers tasted like they premade them 45 minutes ago and just wrapped them up and put them in the microwave to eat them up! IIts sad when you will drive to the Colony or frisco locations to get REAL Burger King experience and food! I'm serious tjis place SUCKS no matter how many different chances I have gave it or heard the exact same feedback from MANY other guest in Little Elm! I just think Burger King corporate should secret shop there and bust this HUGE EMBARRASSMENT to the Brand! Don't waste a penny here not worth it!"

"Ordered Whopper meal with CHEESE. After waiting 15mins in drive thru, I pay wait even longer. Politely ask if there 's a problem with my order. Told they 're waiting on my fries. Another 5 minutes. I ask how long it will be, the nice girl at the window asked the manager how long he walks over says with a nasty attitude We have people ordering indoors too and simply walks away. After waiting some more I finally get my order I should have checked it at the drive thru, BUT I did verify it with her that it indeed had cheese on it she said Yes . I get home. NO CHEESE ON WHOPPER 2 cheeseburgers on the side?! I didn 't order cheesburgers! I tried to leave a review on BK Experience but it required a code from my receipt. THERE WAS NO CODE! Sooo...I called customer relations. Told I would receive a call or email within 48hrs. Days go by...NOW I leave my review on BK 's Twitter account. They requested I send them my email cell number a summary of what happened. I was told they would open a case on my complaint and forward it to the store itself. THE MANAGER HIMSELF WAS RUDE USELESS. Been over a week since my visit. I HAVEN 'T RECEIVED A CALL, EMAIL, NOTHING! This location has made errors in the past with my orders but I would let it go. But I had enough. They literally sent my complaint right back to where it started! Absolutely USELESS. Thanks SOOOO much Burger King for giving a sh*t about your customers. I work with patients everyday at my job so I understand more than anyone what it 's like to deal with the public. But there is NO MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More like CUSTOMER FRUSTRATION. I wasn 't asking for something I didn 't deserve or pay for. I just wanted it made right somehow. I reached out, provided the information they asked for and not a word. No wonder this location has so many negative reviews. Maybe a good start would be to start listening and caring about your paying customers putting forth effort hiring individuals that will provide that very same concern and level of service for your customers. But clearly you do not value us, your paying customers."

"First off, I was not able to place a survey on their website because it requires you to put a survey code located at the bottom of my receipt which was not at the bottom of my receipt. The tuck in front of us who was at the time, the first and only vehicle in the drive through. We already had our window down so we could hear that no one had talked to them at all for 8 minutes. After that 8 minutes that person was finally asked for their order in a dry tone. We go up and it takes another 5 minutes before we were asked for our order that again was in a tone that was slow and seemed like we were inconveniencing her. After ordering only one thing we immediately got a ?that?s it?? And we said ?no one more thing? and her response was ?k then say your one more thing? we then pull up behind the truck again who was still waiting to pay. 3 minutes later that person paid then pulled forward and when we pulled up the person in the window didn?t even acknowledge us and just stood there. We were not told hi or any politeness at all. We were just told our total, Handed our money, then the window closed without another word. By the time we make it to the pick up window we have now waited over 25 minutes. This would be understandable if there was only two people working. But there was at least 5 people that we could see and all moving so slow they were like the sloths at the dmv in Zootopia. One of them had their mask on their chin, another was touching her hair then touching food another was touching food without any gloves. At this window we were not spoken to at all, just handed our food and door closed again. We got in line at 7pm. Not super late. Not a crazy dinner rush. Just people who did not care about safety, courtesy, efficiency, or the lowest level of human decency. After all that... the food was still cold."
