"The food here is exceptional, and the portions are generous. We had a great experience during our previous visit, but tonight was a different story. Our drink orders were mixed up, and we had to wait 40 minutes for our two appetizers, followed by another long wait for our dinner. To make matters worse, one person in our group of four didn't receive their meal until the others were almost finished eating. There was little effort made to address the situation or improve our experience, which left us feeling very disappointed. We likely won't return for a while. I felt sympathetic towards our waitress, as the problems weren't her fault, but she didn't seem too concerned about them either."
