"My wife and I visited this restaurant today at 7:15pm. Upon entering, we were greeted by an employee and seated at a high top near the counter. There were only two other occupied tables, one with a mom and two kids and the other with a group of 5 or 6 people. I believe there were 3 or 4 employees working as servers in addition to those in the kitchen. However, once seated, we received absolutely no acknowledgement from any of the employees. They walked by us multiple times without a single comment or glance in our direction; it was as if we were invisible. I even noticed one employee leaning on the counter next to us, engrossed in his phone for a few minutes. After waiting for about 10 minutes without any service, we decided to leave. No employee made any attempt to stop us or ask if everything was alright. It left me wondering what could have made us so invisible. Perhaps they were closing and failed to inform us upon arrival. We have had takeout from this place before without any issues, but it seems that dining in is not an option for us. We will not be returning to this restaurant."
