"Outstanding selection of wines from all over the world; extremely friendly staff and owner made it for more pleasurable experience; a great place to go to with friends to kick back and relax, food menu was eclectic and had a wide variety of plates you would see at a downtown restaurant, sitting outside (covered patio) was spacious and pleasant, food was excellent, absolutely delicious I Way larger portions than expected, so it is great idea to share and enjoy more on the menu. "I have eaten here many, many, many times and consistently enjoyed it. Last week, I did not! The chicken parmesan was two small pieces of overcooked breaded chicken topped with a bit of sauce and some cheese. Seriously?! It didn't even resemble a decent chicken parm. For $17, it certainly was not inexpensive. And a few skimpy tablespoons of spaghetti with sauce. Seriously?! You would think pasta was $100 rather than $1 a pound. Ridiculous. And our waitress was lousy. I specifically asked her to make sure our entrees didn't come out until after we had finished our salad. She brought them out when we were just starting our salad. Then she wanted to start clearing our dishes when we were still eating. WTH?! She ignored all verbal and non-verbal cues that we did not want to be rushed and, frankly, ruined our dining experience. It will be a LONG time before I return here. Went to Carraba's this weekend and had a much better meal and experience."

"What an awful experience. Food was absolutely disgusting. Started with Calamari, which was soggy and rubbery, tasted like it was freezer food, not house prepared. Had kids split the soprasatta pizza. Some mystery meat on it tasted spoiled. Steak was just okay, but at that price point you'd expect PRIME not Choice. I had crab cakes with filet medallions and hollandaise sauce. Crab cakes, again, tasted like they were from a freezer. Mushy and old tasting. Overall, nobody got sick but it was straight out of a Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. Grossest food I've paid more than $20 a plate for. Thank god nobody ordered sushi!!!"

"For some reason, we decided to give Olive Garden a try since it had been a few years since our last visit. Upon arrival, I noticed the bar was pretty much empty. I asked the hostess if that area was first come, first served. She told me that it wasn't possible because the area was dirty. I looked over her shoulder and then noticed the many plates all over the bar and on every single table in that section. At that point, we should have left. We were told that the wait would only be 10-15. Unfortunately, it took over 45 minutes to receive the text informing us that our table was ready. It was quite obvious that they were understaffed. Dirty plates were all over the restaurant. Our server was nice and the food was good, which helped. I loved having the option to substitute the noodles for broccoli to make it a healthier option. These two reasons are why the rating for this restaurant is three stars. However, I would recommend that if a person felt compelled to dine at Olive Garden, they chose another location because this one needs help!"

"We arrived within 40 minutes of closing and I was not expecting great service but we were traveling and didnt have more than a handful of sit down options. Our waiter definitely had a long day and was visually tired but still stayed professional. I think he knew we were not there to milk the breadsticks and salad which was also a nice change for him. While I would have usually wanted a slower meal, we let our waiter know we were halfway through a 5 hour drive and from there on, we had a mutual feeling of eat and move which got us our appetizers and meals to the table and out the door in 30 minutes. Shrimp scampi was nice with a light butter cream sauce, good enough to eat again after reheating that night but would not have saved until the next day. I have not eaten at Olive Garden in years but for the speed of service and quality of food for the price, I will stop again on the road for sure, especially traveling along the northeast 95 corridor."

"I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the chicken gnocchi soup was! Salad was fresh, and the chicken Alfredo was good. My only complaint is that after we finished our meal, our server stood at the end of the table and scraped the leftovers from our plates into the salad bowl. It did not help with digestion. It looked like a slop bucket by the time they were finished. I personally feel that left overs should be scraped beside bus tubs in the area dirty dishes are placed. I get that it saves time, but most people don't find it appealing to look at their own leftovers on the plate in front of them after a full meal. If this is a company policy, it should definitely be changed. Other than that, a lovely experience."

"I decided to visit this restaurant after Red Lobster next door left my 89-year-old mother and me waiting for half an hour without water or service. Despite being busy, Bartender Laura expertly managed the challenging task of serving six bar patrons and five seated customers all on her own! She was incredibly calm, patient, and attentive. The bread was fresh and served hot from the oven, the salads were crisp and fragrant, and the spaghetti and meatballs with marinara sauce were delicious and fresh—plus, there was no attitude at all! I will definitely be coming here all the time!"

"We had a party of seven for my wife's birthday, and unfortunately, her chicken marsala was disappointing—the seasoning just wasn’t right. However, everyone else’s meals looked very good. The service was excellent, which we appreciated. Sadly, the next morning, I woke up with diarrhea after having the shrimp scampi. It could be the oil they used for cooking. We have never experienced anything like this at any of the Olive Garden restaurants."

"Stopped here for dinner to go and it was easy to order online, fast service and a friendly delivery to the car, guy. The only thing was, when I checked the order after already arriving home it was missing sauce...YES, as in, NO SAUCE over the pasta and no side sauce, which were both requested. Talk about upset!!! I contacted the Manager immediately and he made it all better for me as his apology was sincere and he returned my charges plus, gave me a gift to grab another dish. You ROCK!!! I 'm not going to lie!!! Everyone who knows me, knows that OLIVE GARDEN IS MY SPOT so, I was no longer upset once he addressed the problem. I unfortunately, had pasta with no sauce so I saved it. The next day, I went to grab sauce to complete the meal, even though, I didn 't want to go outside but, I also didn 't want to toss it either). "we had been in a because not in columbias restaurant, had taken with curbside pickup by pandemic. we were on the 12th fairytale. they don't have enough staff, so we sat for 45 minutes for a table while the restaurant was half empty. the staff in the lobby must see the 3 people they had, as hostess had the rude manage. very cold, blunt, yes most time vs. ja ma’am or sir have not even heard, good afternoon, or how are they? they were in prison. woman who took out orders on computer screen was just as bad. three people who do not speak English and have not understood came in. they went past hostess to return as if they met someone. the older hostess followed them. they literally chased her back to the lobby and announced the whole lobby they had just found one table and sat down. instead of helping and explaining to them before the hostess, she stood over the lobby and cried to stand there to wait for a table that she was so obviously upset. just before we sat, a picturesque hostess entered for his shift and he seemed much better to be with manage. our waiter told us he was new, so I would be in order. but he left our salat without telling and never came back. I had to get up to find someone and ask for tellers. five more minutes before our waiter came, fell down 3 teller and took off again. no bread sticks, no cheese on the salad. the food came finally, and that was good. she must have done the lessons from the hostess stand. when her table asked her questons, she would answer that nothing was curious about her. cannot ask for a check in this restaurant because they have the machines they want to do themselves. the personal needs a lot of work. we will not be back long with any business until this restaurant gets its stock together. I can only assume management is terrible."

"The place was pretty busy so it gets 2 stars instead of 1. And though no fault of the restaurant a table near us had 3 women with about a half a dozen kids that were not supervised. Loud yelling, climbing all over the floor and the ladies just sat there. The place was so loud my husband and I couldn't talk unless we raised our voice which would have just added.to the noise. When our spinach artichoke dip came it was burned all around the outside so the entire dip tasted burned. While the entree dishes looked delicious they were cooling to the point that the cheese was hardening. I have been to one other Olive Garden which was in Kansas and was so looking forward to the same kind of meal I had there. I was greatly disappointed and would not waste another $60 at this place."

"We visit here about three times a month. It 's our go to family restaurant. However, this past time was a little under satisfaction. The food and waitress were decent. We chose to split the check with the rest of our party (there were only 5 of us). We left cash at the table while the rest was paid on the kiosk she handed us to pay on. The cash was tucked half way under the kiosk, so it was definitely noticeable. We got up and walked out. It was slightly raining so once we exited the doors we paused for a moment. Then a manager came out and asked us how was the service, the food, etc. We told him everything was good. He then said I only ask because only half the bill was paid . I 'm glad my husband piped in and said we had left cash, so he suggested they look again. Because I was livid! I 've worked in restaurants and hospitality before and THAT was rude as hell!!"

"I hope the owners read this… the food was good but the hostesses were terrible…. We had a party of 9 of us on our way home from vacation. The place was empty. It was around 3:00 on 6-25-22. They told us it would be a 25 minute wait for a table. We were so tired from driving and just wanted to get home from our trip and we noticed tons of empty tables.. we asked if we were willing to split into two tables could we be seated faster.. they said yes but we would not sot anywhere near each other… so we agreed…. The whole time we were there.. non of the other tables were filled.. we could Not understand why they would not slide two tables together or at least sit us beside each other… anyway, we told the waiter that we had two tables and the other table had our older kids at it. So we needed that check on ours… later a different waiter girl brought us their check and rudely waited for us to pay for that table while we were on the middle of eating. Why didn’t they put it on one check???? Also while we were waiting for a table when we first arrived, a very elderly couple of 2 (man and lady) the lady was in a walker who could bearly walk needed a table. The hostess asked if they would mind sitting at the bar.. the lady shook her head no… that is because the hostess is stupid, that lady could barely walk let alone get up into a bar stool… so the hostess told them it would be a 5-10 min wait… what on earth for??? Like I said, there were empty tables everywhere… your hostess is going to ruin your business… I should have been able to sit with my kids. You clearly had many available tables to do so. Your people don’t know how to run things… your customers are clearly going to get mad when they see empty tables and can’t be accommodated?"

"Went with my sister, brother in law and nephew. We had a beautiful of the lightning and storm clouds moving in. Mt brother in law had spaghetti and meatballs. My sister and nephew had shrimp fettuccine. I had the eggplant Parmesan, which was DELICIOUS. Sue was our waitress and was WONDERFUL, ask for her. Wonderful family experience. Kid-friendliness: Lots if families, GREAT atmosphere, fun, not too loud!!Parking: Lots of parking. We went a week ago Sunday. It was busy. "Went to this location yesterday evening. There were 3 of us in our dinner party. We arrived around 8:30ish we were seated right away. There was Absolutely no waiting at all for a table. It's been quite a while since I've been able to go out to dinner where we haven't had to give our name to the hostess wait usually at least 30 min even over an hour before a table for 2 people or a maximum of 3 people seating for dinner.Our waitress was the BEST!!!Very pleasant, engaging attitude, with great knowledge of all items on the menu.I realize the last few years have been a bit stressful for most I know things everybody took for granted on a daily basis before COVID-19. Those days will never return. Bring yourself to be a better person. Just like our waitress last night. I realize I've gone way off topic, but yet I haven't.Be positive, Be courteous of those around you, Be patient. Don't be in such a rush. "First and foremost, Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants. I try to stop at Olive Garden whenever I find one because the food is usually amazing. I stopped in this location in Bloomington and it was not up to expectations. The service washorrible. Outside the person who greeted us coming in and one of the three employees sitting near the door visiting with eachother, there was not a single piece of evidence they wanted customers. The waitress/server ignored us three separate times.First, we ordered a chicken Alfredo and got fettuccine Alfredo instead. We didn't complain. It happens. My son said he did notwant cheese on his soup and she put some much cheese we were a bit put off. Our final issue was her overall rudeness. I get thatjobs can be rough. We can all have a bad day. I just didn't feel like we were wanted there and for the price we paid it was aterrible experience. The bread sticks were hard as the bricks used to erect the buildging. I will not eat here at this locationagain."

"I don't normally write reviews for chain restaurants, but after our experience today, I'm breaking my own rule. We dined here today for my nephew's birthday and our group had 11 people in it. Our server was fantastic she got all of our orders right, made sure we had refills on drinks, was very friendly to the kids in our group, and even made sure our checks were all split correctly. The food was great, piping hot, with huge portions. Other staff that we interacted with were also very friendly and courteous to us. I've never had a bad experience at this OG location and I will return in the future."

"I decided to give this restaurant another chance, but I think I'm done. They actually charge you for food that tastes like it's frozen and far from authentic Italian cuisine. We ordered a pizza for the kids, and it didn’t resemble what was advertised; it was more like a frozen pizza. The lasagna was cold and tasted terrible. The alcoholic drinks were just ice and water, and the soup was also cold. I could understand if it were a busy time, but on a nearly empty Sunday night, that's inexcusable. The bathrooms were dirty, and both times I was there, no one was at the front desk, so we had to wait for someone to show up. Don’t waste your money on overpriced food that tastes like it came from a microwave. I wasted $200 on what felt like microwaved meals. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the waitress was very kind. Otherwise, I would rate it a zero."
