"I've been ordering from Papa Murphy's for years, but I had a disappointing experience at this location on two occasions. During my second order, the pizza was saturated with grease. I didn’t notice it at first and ended up putting it in the oven. Before long, the house was filled with smoke. I had to take the greasy pizza out and throw it away, and there was still grease on the bottom of the pan. A few nights later, while using my oven, I discovered that the grease had dripped into the bottom and started a fire. This occurred back in December. I called this location to report the incident, but supposedly..."

"CAUTION: This location urgently needs improvement. The staff show a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. Management is virtually absent. The so-called shift manager engages in conversations with other employees to belittle customers, right in front of them. "Though I walked in w/my cane. There were 3 employees on staff and no other customers around. No one offered to help w/the 4 items I purchased. I also didn't like the political stickers placed on the cashiers window in the front of the store. Food was a bit pricey, but good. Items were ready when I arrived and it was exactly what I wanted. Female emploee who answered phone was polite (Other 2 staff were male). Customer service and overall “vibes” not so much."

"I could eat some form of pizza every single day, but we usually only order it once or twice a week! Tonight, we decided to try Papa Murphy's, which I hadn't had since moving here from another city. Typically, when we pick up pizza, it ends up cooling off by the time we get home, which is inevitable. I really enjoy hot pizza, and I had forgotten one of the main benefits of Papa Murphy's! The pizza we ordered was excellent! My only issue was that they were out of both the NYXL sizes for $10 advertised on their window posters, as well as the 16-inch size — which is a bit surprising, but I guess it happens. Overall, it was delicious pizza, and they have some great deals! We'll definitely be returning!"

"At this location, they hardly put any cheese on the pizza. I ordered it with extra cheese, but there was barely half a cup of cheese on it. This has happened to me twice now. I won't be returning to this location again."
